I've been vacationing there for 3 years now.
I really like the hotel:
- friendly staff
- clean area
- excellent choice of dishes in the restaurant
- decent music parties

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

Sonuna kadar okuyun ! 1-5 ekim tarihleri arasında buradayiz. 1 ekim de giris yaptik hala tatilimiz devam ediyor. Ama daha ilk giristen itibaren sorunlar eksiklikler bitmedi. Biz balayi icin geldik eğlenmek amaçlı. Eylul ayinda aradim yaz konseptinin ekim sonuna kadar devam edecegini soylediler ancak nafile. Bira vs İcecekleri kutu olarak alabilecegimizi soylediler ama boyle birsey yokmus ucretliymis. Ustune birde laf yedik bugun kutu istedik diye. Halbuki bu tarz otellerin bir cogunda hersey sinirsiz burada bircok icecegw ekstra fark istiyorlar. Yemeklere gelince ; evet aç kalmiyorsunuz ama kaliteli birsekildede asla doymuyorsunuz, et yemekleri neredeyse yok denecek kadar az genellikle hindi ve tavuk uzerine yapilmis yemekler . Sabah kahvaltilari aynj sekilde asiri zayif peynirler vs uzerinde kara sinek eksik olmuyor ve kupkuru lezzet 0 , restoranin cesitli yerlerinde biranda uzerinize nereden geldigini anlamadiginiz su damlalari damlayabiliyor soylenince tabaginizi degistirin diyorlar . Yani samimiyetime guvenin ve oteli iyi arastirin . Butu. Magduriyetleri ve olumsuzluklari misafir iliskilerine anlattim onlarda yapabilecek hicbirseylerinij olmadiklarini soyleyip geri gonderdiler. 5 yildizli ama 3 yildizli konseptli bi tatil sunuluyor burada. Hele balayi icin bence asla gelmeyin .ha bu arada disardan misafiriniz gelirse 30 dk izin veriyorlar sonrasi kisi basi 100euro yada kemere gidin oturun diye akil veriyorlar bilginize .. ve calisanlarin 1 kaci haric hicbiri isini severek yapmiyor . Sadece aksam gelen ozel kokteyl hazirlayan beyefendiye ne kadar tesekkur etsek cok guleryuzlu ve cok samimi 🙏

Больше не приеду в этот отель. Анимация вялая, практически нулевая. Не заинтересованы в своей работе. В ресторане сонные официанты, за исключением пары тройки, которые старались за всех. Отличный пирс, беседки люксовые. Заявленный Аля карт ужин только если приезжаешь второй раз. Если хотите привлечь, то надо именно в первую поездку делать бонусы чтобы гости возвращались. Диджей нудный. Пенной вечеринки не было, турецкой ночи тоже. Море шикарное, бармены тоже старались . Повара на троечку. Про баклажаны наверно только слышали. Морепродукты отсутствуют. Отель для пенсионеров, которые хотят тихий отдых. Разочарование, много ждала, по отзывам. Не стоит он своих денег. На слабую троечку. Территория ухоженная. Зелено, вид красивый. Знаю что напишите в ответ, к сожалению лучше вы не станете и выводов не сделаете. Очень жаль
