Very good hotel, great environment and food. Hotel staff Bahareh ebrahimzadeh is very welcoming. While I was waiting to check in, he kept providing various snacks and drinks. I will stay here again next time I go to Antalya!

Территория отеля компактная, но всегда есть куда прогуляться. Для нас это было плюсом, поскольку не всегда хочется далеко идти по жаре. Путь всегда сопровождается красивыми деревьями, приятной музыкой, можно встретить кошек и кроликов) Мы жили в номере Deluxe, оказался очень просторным. Огромная терраса, красивые минималистичные детали. Все очень удобно, много мест для хранения. Качественная уборка каждый день. Есть утюг с гладильной доской. Большой минибар, в котором есть все - вода без газа, минеральная вода, молоко, шоколадное молоко, пиво, вино, различные виды газированных напитков и холодного чая, мармелад, шоколад, чипсы, соломка, орешки, печенье. Капсульная кофемашина, большой выбор чая, кружки разрешили забрать с собой. Отдельным плюсом было, что оставляют много бутылок с водой, не нужно ходить брать самому или просить принести. Отличный набор принадлежностей для ванны, можно было с собой ничего не брать. Косметика Etro с дорогой отдушкой. Хороший мощный фен. Также положили две удобные пляжные сумки, халаты и тапочки. Самая удобная кровать в моей жизни, в которой моментально засыпаешь, а утром не хочется из нее вылезать. Красивое постельное белье, кантик сочетается с вышивкой на халате. Еда 10 баллов. Есть абсолютно все - различные виды рыбы, мяса, роллов, гарниров, зелени, десертов. На завтрак подают блинчики, вафли, яйца бенедикт с лососем и авокадо, можно заказать омлет на свой вкус. Огромный выбор каш, была даже манная. На обед рекомендую посещать Snack bar или основной А-ля карт ресторан. Большой выбор блюд, все очень вкусные. Во всех барах готовят вкусные коктейли, приносят фисташки, орешки, чипсы. В нашей любимой зоне бассейна 16+ также разносят смузи, милкшейки, тарелки с фруктами. Всегда приносят ведерко со льдом и водой. Абсолютно везде вода в стекле. Вкусные десерты в кондитерской, каждый день ели там клубнику в шоколаде и чизкейк Сан Себастьян. Обслуживание выше всех похвал, все официанты очень вовлечены в работу, веселые и доброжелательные. Сами проявляют инициативу что-то дополнительно принести, интересуются как проходит отдых, все ли хорошо. На ужине наш любимый официант всегда замечал нас и сажал как можно удобнее, наливал предпочитаемые напитки, приносил нам после ужина тарелку с фруктами. The sea and scenery are magnificent. The hotel has a modern and eye-catching design. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The variety of food was sufficient, and the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. However, in my opinion, the beach area was extremely narrow, small, crowded, and noisy. I believe it would be more appropriate for a hotel of this type to adopt an "adults-only" concept, especially considering that the kids' club offers limited activities and many of the arcade games in the playroom were out of order. There is also not enough space on the hotel grounds for a simple walk. On a positive note, the lobby is filled with lovely greenery, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Most of the show programs were of low quality, which was disappointing and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The service staff often initiated communication in Russian and only switched to Turkish or English later. This made me feel as if I were in Russia. I even shared my concerns with a Turkish staff member at the lobby. At the main restaurant, many non-Turkish staff were cold, inattentive, and lacked communication skills. A negative experience occurred at the main restaurant’s kebab station, where the Turkish staff serving us shrimp was rude, leaving a poor impression. When we tried to order corn on the cob at the beach, the Turkish staff member who approached us said, “This is not possible; if I bring it to you, others will want it too. So, you need to get it yourself from the corn station.” However, the next day, another staff member promptly fulfilled the same request with great enthusiasm, bringing us hot corn in no time. This inconsistency in service between the two employees created a paradox. It would be better if the hotel paid more attention to avoiding such incidents in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for a week vacation in October. We had lovely temperatures 27-28 degrees and stunning views of the phaselis bay. The resort is luxurious nicely designed with many dining options. The spa is good and we enjoyed haman massages. The kids loved the aqua park and swimming in the pools. The food was very good but on the expensive side. For travellers who appreciate quality and style, the hotel will meet your requirements. Clientele is mainly wealthy Russians and some British and European families. Recommended.

we stayed a week at NG Phaselis! Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the service, the food, the pool and above all the beach was perfect interspersed with mountains and rocks giving you a pleasure that often exceeds the limits of imagination.. To emphasize is the fact that the care for the children in the room and the restaurant was special. Selected and very delicious food every day in the restaurant, here I want to thank Tarek, who every time he saw me with plates in my hands while I was holding my children in my hands, he gave me a special help. Thanks also to Nezir and Omer who helped me with everything I needed during the holidays and especially our anniversary dinner by making it extra special under the sunset with selected food and beautiful surprises. I will happily return to this hotel and have suggested it to all my friends.

We had spent a great vacation in NG Phaselis Bay!👌 Our room was wonderful and spacious with a charming view to the sea and mountains, comfortables beds with a nice bed linen, excellent soundproofing. This hotel has everything you need for your great vacation: very beautiful green territory, magnificent views of the mountains, excellent service, beautiful pools, very tasty food in all the restaurants, amazing shows, and interesting kids club, a cool aqua-park, a wonderful spa complex and very friendly staff !👌 We will come back with pleasure! We recommend NG Phaselis Bay to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at NG Phaselis Bay. The location of the hotel is lovely, set right on the beach and overlooked by mountains, and with plenty of greenery in the area. The hotel itself is spacious enough that we never felt crowded, and we had no problems finding loungers by the pool or on the beach, where you are served by waiters on rollerblades. Our room was in the most modern block, and was large and well appointed, with a well stocked (free) minibar, large double bed and powerful shower. The Aircon did it's job keeping the room cool. The beach itself is shingle and the stones can be quite sharp, so I would recommend bringing a pair of beach shoes. There are also a couple of piers with steps down to the sea, and a platform to dive from. The food at the hotel was excellent. The main restaurant served a wide variety of dishes including fresh pasta, salads, grilled meats, breads, and a wide selection of sushi was available every night. There are also snacks available throughout the day, and a coffee point which served delicious coffees, cakes and chocolates. We ate in the burger restaurant which was very good, and paid to eat at the steak restaurant. The steak restaurant was a highlight, with chef Suleiman preparing our starters at the table, and the quality of the food was impeccable. I would only say that the prices on the winelist was very high, but the free house wine was very good nonetheless. There is an on-site watersports centre which we used to go parasailing and took a ride on a banana boat. These were very well run, but again quite expensive. The entrainment in the evening was good, with a few very good shows (motorcyclists in a spherical cage was a highlight!). Our children made a lot of use of the waterpark, which has a good variety of slides for both younger and older kids. Finally a work about three staff. Every one of the staff that we encountered were excellent. They were genuinely pleased to help you, and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. We would particularly like to thank Gulbahar at the bar, Ceren at the poolside, Terek, Tansu and Kazim in the restaurant and finally Songül the lifeguard, who my children absolutely adored. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, and we would be very happy to return sometime.
