Booked bad room with balcony got no balcony room rooms were smelly

The hotel is wonderfully designed and offers an appealing ambience. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The animation team offers great offers and is very motivated. The food is fantastic. I still have one criticism: A table tennis table for outside would have been nice. Unfortunately, the existing one is in poor condition and urgently needs to be replaced. Otherwise the hotel is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

We arrived on October 22-23, 2022 for a day. The room was large and clean. The hotel is small, but everything you need is there. Animators lighters even at the end of the season. Enough entertainment. The food is normal. Turkish alcohol (better not to drink a lot))) good playground and mini disco. The only negative is the smoke from the kitchen in the evening. It seems to me that the usual good hotel for very little money

I was settled in a cheaper room, the room was without windows and with air conditioning that blows on the bed (you can’t turn it off because this is the only way to get air into the room), the hood in the bathroom did not even show signs of life, it’s impossible to live in such conditions. After after I said at the reception that I couldn’t live in this box and I want the room that I paid for, they told me there are no other rooms today, if you want to live, if you want to leave. paid and canceled the order, since they are not able to fulfill it, they told me there would be no money. The maximum that they will do is change the number tomorrow at 9-9:30 in the morning. But as a result, the number was changed only at 12, according to my words, who will return the difference and moral compensation, the receptionist said that he would send me fruits to the room 🤬 And in general the difference is not big and in general he gave me a better room anyway 🤦‍♀️, but it's not true he gave the number that I paid for, I demanded and scandalized and we agreed that I would have a late check-out. As a result, the mood was spoiled, the child’s birthday was spoiled, since on that day I had to deal with disassembly and relocation. Why do you sell rooms that are not actually there? in the best, and settle in a wretched box without air and ventilation ??? And no one is responsible, you can’t prove anything, the hotel is not set up for the client. the room is tired to put it mildly, the bedding and towels do not smell clean, they are also tired and look terrible, plus everything is different (there are no sets), the rooms are dirty. Washing the floors is half a bottle of water on a dirty rag and crawling (this is what I personally saw) , in general, I refused cleaning right away, asked not to clean it. Eternal problems with the keys, they often do not work and so for everyone, the staff will not open the room for you, even if nearby, you need to go to the reception, at least once during the check-in you will experience it. Food + - like everywhere else, but dirty dishes. R The workers in the restaurant are trying, they are great, but it’s clear that they don’t have time physically. They don’t have any complaints at all, they always try to help. everything in the air. Rescuers quit and the slides did not work for two days. Why vacationers should suffer is not clear (again, no one cares), the stairs to the slides leave much to be desired. The guys at the bar are great, always positive and ready to help. Animation is just right , they don’t strain, but they don’t let you get bored. Evening programs are weak, live music every other day (it’s cheaper and understandable), but something interesting every other day, other hotels have better programs. There is no disco for adults, you want to hang out for $ 10 and you will be taken to the club and at 2:30 you will be returned back to the hotel. In general, the impressions of the hotel are twofold, everything was not very bad, but it is not worth the money, the money was ripped off and further as you like, the hotel is not set up for the client. I definitely do not recommend and will not return.

Отель прекрасно расположен несмотря на то что находится не на первой линии. Нахожусь здесь уже неделю и пока всё нравится. Несмотря на ранний приезд нас достаточно быстро заселили и сразу пригласили на завтрак. Меню, кстати, здесь очень неплохое - отличная гриль зона с хорошим выбором, по пятницам тематическая турецкая кухня, в барах качественные напитки Рэд Лэбл, Баллантайнс, неплохая текила. Достаточно много рыбных блюд из макрели, сибаса и лосося. Очень хорошо работает ресепшн и служба поддержки. Если возникали какие либо проблемы (не работает сейф, нужно дополнительное одеяло или другие мелочи) вам помогут в течение 10-15 минут. И то что до пляжа надо немного пройтись пешком это даже хорошо - после довольно сытных обедов очень неплохо прогуляться. А пляж кстати хоть и не большой, но вполне соответствует всем требованиям.

Отдыхали с 3 по 13 сентября 2024 года Чтобы удобнее было - разобью на тематические блоки 1. Пляж и море - начну с этого пункта, так как ради этого многие из нас едут. Пляж от отеля находится буквально в трёх минутах ходьбы. Шезлонгов хватает, пирс работал - всё отлично. В баре на пляже подавали бургеры, шаурму, яблоки. Мест всегда хватало, единственное - лучше всё таки после обеда приходить, народа в разы меньше, купаться приятнее 2. Инфраструктура отеля - огромное лобби, в котором есть магазин с купальными принадлежностями, сувенирами, чемоданами и многим прочим. В лобби есть пара баров, в которых готовят напитки. Огромный бассейн, места в котором всегда хватало на всех. Отдельный плюс за вид на горы с шезлонгов около басика. Наличие горок так же было приятным бонусом. Так же есть несколько баров и на территории отеля, рядом с бассейном и спортивной площадкой. Рядом с ней же располагается и амфитеатр, в котором проводятся вечерние шоу программы. Всё просто и понятно, комфортно. Места хватает всем 3. Номера - вопросов вообще не было, брали стандартные номера, так как нужны они были чисто для сна и не более. Тем не менее, мне достался номер с видом на горы, что не могло не радовать 4. Еда и напитки - широчайший ассортимент всего. Ни дня голодом не сидели, были за время отдыха и красная и белая рыба, говядина, телятина, курица, раки, роллы - чего в общем только не было. По напиткам тоже нареканий нет, бармены готовили вкусные коктейли, видел в ассортименте и Red label и Barrister и Havana Club. Отдельно отмечу приветливость всех барменов - Юсуф, Инес, Дервис, Йунус и все остальные ребята создавали отличнейшее настроение каждый день. И с детьми пошутить поиграть и с нами были максимально приветливы. Браво 5. Анимация и программы. За анимацию у нас отвечали Георгий, Доминик, Амина, Седа и остальная команда отеля. Сказать что было весело - ничего не сказать. Каждый день игры у бассейна и даже у моря. Мы и в водное поло играли, и на скакалке на сапе прыгали, и через надувную полосу препятствий бегали. В общем - отличный команда, что подарила за время отдыха кучу запоминающихся моментов. Итог - шикарный отель. Действительно классно провели в нём время. С удовольствием вернулся бы в него, а лучше бы не уезжал. Спасибо аниматорам, ведущим, барменам. работе с клиентами, всем причастным к нашему отдыху сотрудникам трансатлантика. Вы шикарные

Otel fiyat performası olarak cok düşük animasyon ekibi eğlendiriyor ama animasyon kişi sayısı az güverte bardaki Berkant cok güler yüzlüydü. Animasyondaki amina , giorgi , seda ve fahri cok eğlencelilerdi akşam anfi etkinlikleri cok sıkıcıydı biraz daha eğlenceli etkinlikler olabilir yemeklerin çeşidi cok azdı tatlılar iyidi fakat bitince tatlı yenisi gelmiyor farklı tatlı geliyordu
