10/10 amazing vacation! Stayed at the 5 bedroom estates with a group of friends and couldn't have had a better experience. The accommodations and on property restaurants were top notch. The staff members were polite and friendly. Special shout out to Fredna and Garth, two amazing individuals. Can't wait to come back again.

We were extremely disappointed with our visit to the Grace Bay Club after recommendations from friends and reviews online. From the start, it was not a great experience. We were contacted by the group to amend our reservation due to a computer glitch that allowed a night stay prior to their reopening for the season. We accommodated the request and stayed one night at their sister resort, Rock House. Upon our arrival for our stay at GBC, we found the lobby and other locations still under construction. Dining was very limited and the premier restaurant, Infiniti, never reopened during our stay. Breakfast was a disaster with location changing daily to work around construction and regardless of location, our meals were arrived cold. We left the resort for lunch and dinners after our first night and had very enjoyable meals at the other top resorts on the island. Though there were a few members of the staff that tried, the rest of the staff seemed to have trouble getting back into the swing of things. It was almost an inconvenience to ask for anything. The resort was not forthcoming about the ongoing construction and limited dining options which was unacceptable. The only saving grace was the beautiful beach and weather. We have experienced many off the top resorts in the Caribbean as well as Bermuda and GBC did not measure up.

While this hotel is highly rated and recommended I didn’t find it truly special. We did come at the off season but had early wake ups from ongoing construction. The one restaurant was closed during part of our trip. Wish we got a heads up before we spent so much to be in a constant construction zone. Thankfully we wake up pretty early but getting woken up by construction at 8am is not great. Not sure if the staff was limited due to off season but they seemed short staffed everywhere and lacked any initiative to assist even though it felt like a ghost town. Felt like we were bothering them whenever we did need something. We were assigned personal “butlers” but never saw or heard from them and honestly didn’t need them. We ventured to other hotels in the area for meals and were blown away by how beautiful those hotels looked and how attentive the staff was. Our meals at grace bay club were at the bottom of our rankings unfortunately and the priciest. The beach and spa were the best parts of grace bay club. The women in the spa were the friendliest and I had fantastic massage. Not sure we would come back to Turks in general but if we did we would most likely stay somewhere else.

The best were-Melissa’s cocktails at Krave, Jerry at the beach and Kevin at water sports, Fredna as butler, Beatrice and the entire breakfast staff. We had a few issues and Mary and Berg at the front desk helped make things right. While the hotel is closed I hoped they fixed a number of items—HVAC, roofs, alarms. Also bought new watersports vests and many more towels that are in short supply. GBC charges a premium price and guests deserve their best.

The staff is great, except for reception. STUFFY !! The worst thing is that NOW 4 months later, they just put a $57,000 + charge on my amex card ! They SHOULD NOT HAVE KEPT IT ON FILE !! I called (good luck getting through to someone.....) I spoke with a woman, who said I'd reserved for christmas. FALSE. I asked who's name was on the reservation and she gave me a woman's name. I said that was not correct, and she did not have permission. She said she'd call me back in 45 minutes. That was yesterday. I called today, and the miserable woman at the off-site reservation wouldn't pass me through to anyone. I left my name and number.....and I'm STILL WAITING......You think for the price here...and that I'm a repeat guest, they'd jump on this.

First trip to Provo was 2003! We go Summer only. We watched resorts being built and stayed many places many times even venturing off island to Parrot Cay. But after two more trips to GBC this summer we decided we like GBC the best. We all know the beach is to die for everywhere! Shout out to some employees who make GBC special: Kevin in water sports. What a delight he is! His knowledge of the ocean sets him apart. Go out on the hobie with him! Maureen in housekeeping- thanks for attending our room and keeping it stocked and spotless. Melissa the bartender at Krave makes the Best margaritas and mojitos on the island! We love our concierge Freda! Nothing is too much trouble! Lucky to have her both trips this summer! Beatrice - we followed her everywhere over the years so she’s like family now! Albert in security- very few in this role get recognized but we really got to know him and appreciate him!! The staff at The Grill- such a fun staff! Best birthday singing and “instruments”! Can’t wait to be back!

This place was extremely clean and grounds were beautiful. I left Beaches resort because of roaches!!! Grace Bay club is the place to stay when in Turks!! The food, the people, the rooms were everything you would imagine in paradise. You must stay here!! Sandals/Beaches resort is garbage!!!!

What an amazing overall stay - my husband and I have visited Turkes and Caicos over six time and this visit was by far the best! From the Birthday treat in room for my Husband’s birthday to every meal and interaction with the Team! Kudos and we are looking forward to our next visit!
