Das einzige was den 4 Sternen entspricht, ist der Preis. Gefühlt 2 Sterne Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Garage direkt im Hotel ist gegen Aufpreis und benötigt eine vorherige Reservierung. Das Hotel , besonders die Zimmer sind in sehr schlechten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war schrecklich, es hatte schon Auflöseerscheinungen siehe Fotos. Auf dem Frühstücksbuffet waren auch Ameisen unterwegs. Der Capuccino von der Maschine wird mit Milchpulver gemacht für mich in Italien ein Nogo. Sauberkeit Zimmer, Badezimmer und Terrasse lässt zu wünschenübrig. Die "Klimaanlage" macht mehr Gestank als sie kühlt. Der Pool auf dem Dach bietet zwar eine schöne Aussicht, aber ist zum schwimmen ungeeignet, dar er nur sehr Flach ist.

Ho soggiornato presso questo albergo a luglio 2024. Bella struttura, posizione ottimale, piscina, parcheggio, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo sia alla reception che al ristorante dell'ultimo piano, ottimo anche per la qualità del cibo che propone, con alcuni piatti eccezionali. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in relax a Grado, accudito e coccolato.

„the eggs are coming“ Wir hatten eine Suite für zwei Nächte gebucht. 480 Euro pro Nacht. Preis/Leistung wirklich schlecht. Sky Bar und Pool nicht gepflegt. Investitionsstau. Zimmer keine 4 Sterne Kategorie. Frühstück naja… auf die Rühreier haben wir vergeblich gewartet… Insgesamt enttäuschend…

Letztes Jahr bezahlten wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) im Hotel  Fonzari in Grado bereits stolze 1.800 Euro für 4 Nächte mit Frühstück - in einer Suite mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Dieser gefiel uns so sehr,  dass wir über das suboptimale Frühstück hinwegsahen und bereits beim Checkout für heuer dieselbe Suite reservierten. Vor einiger Zeit kam dann das Angebot für dasselbe Zimmer: 2.995 Euro! Angemerkt wurde noch, dass ein Stammkundenrabatt von 15 % bereits berücksichtigt worden ist (also kostet das Zimmer regulär heuer rund 3.400 Euro!) Wir waren überzeugt davon, dass es sich - Inflation hin oder her -  lediglich um einen Tippfehler handeln könne, schrieben dies an das Hotel und baten um eine Antwort. Auf diese, wie auch auf eine Antwort auf meine diesbezügliche Nachricht per FB warten wir bis heute vergeblich!  Schließlich rief ich gestern im Hotel an und fragte, ob unser Mail nicht angekommen sei, was der Rezeptionist verneinte. Als ich ihn fragte, ob eine Preissteigerung von mehr als 1.100 Euro innerhalb eines Jahres den Tatsachen entsprechen könne, antwortete er nur knapp: "Ja, warum nicht?"  Fazit: Wir sind daraufhin "umgezogen" und wohnen dieses Jahr in einem Nachbarhotel - für einen Bruchteil dieses Wucherpreises! Mit solchen Aktionen hält man sich halt keine  Stammgäste...

Gute Lage, aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne Wir haben 4 Zimmer gebucht Unseres war sehr abgewohnt, mit ekeliger Wolldecke als Schlafdecke. Badezimmertür konnte nur mit großem Kraftaufwand geschlossen werden, war total verzogen. 3 Zimmer hatten Duschgel und Seife, wir hatten auch am 2.Tag weder das eine noch das andere bekommen. Vielleicht gibt es hier ein Zufallsprinzip ? Wie gesagt, definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

Generally to all considering this hotel - try to avoid. It's not worth the money, try any other hotel in the area. 1. Check-in / check-out - reception was good and smooth. 2. Parking service - very helpful, thank you very much! 3. The location is good: the city center. That's it for the good part, now the bad part. 1. Rooms are old and outdated. Beds are old, sofa was old, everything is 2000. Got no issues with the old style hotel but, some furniture is simply broken or extremely used. In my room there was a boiler installed in the closet. Was generating heat and noise. The bed frame was broken... Was twice fixing it myself, last time I gave up. Lots of drilled tiles, glue and cracks all over the bathroom. Like someone was doing repairs (which is understandable, and appreciated) but did not try to make it look nice after repair was done. 2. Last night before departure some strange insect appeared in the room. Felt like a radioactive cockroach from fallout or cockamouse from how I met your mother. It went back to the ventilation so I had to sleep with the lights on. I am not joking - it was huge, not a small bug. 3. The pool was closed. Yup. That's it. The hotel that has a pool has closed the pool because it's not ready for the season yet. No notice on the website or at any booking services. Talked at the reception, they advised me to write an official complaint... Did that - 3 weeks of silence. That brings me to the conclusion that hotel staff do not care about their reputation - they care only about income. If so one more reason to stay away. 4. Breakfast was so so. One morning we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant nearby :) Overall, guys seriously pick another hotel in the area. Do not bother with this one, there should be better options from the owners that care about their hotel, customers and reputation. This one does not, which is sad because it feels like the hotel was great 20 years ago.

Super Hotel, mitten in Grado mit Blick aufs Meer! Ganz toll ist die eigene Tiefgarage mit E-Ladestation und viel Platz für die eigenen Fahrräder. Sehr nettes Team an der Rezeption und es gab ein eigens Parkservice - danke Igor. Frühstücksraum mit schönem Blick in den Park und die besten Apricot Croissant. Die Wände sind etwas dünn aber das ist typisch für Italy. Tolles Zimmerservice und sehr flauschige, große Handtücher. Wir sehen uns bestimmt bald wieder. Liebe Grüße an den Hotel Manager und sein Team.

Camera molto piccola e datata, meno male che non sono venuto con il cane altrimenti ci sarebbe stato un problema di spazio, colazione molto buona e variegata, personale gentile e all’altezza della situazione. Nel complesso ho passato tre giorni piacevoli.

Hotel fantastico, struttura moderna ma ben inserita nel contesto gradese, a due passi (due) dal mare,molto elegante Camera piccola ma funzionale ben arredata , pulita, con terrazza enorme, fantastica. Terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con bar, ristorante e piscina (estiva). Personale super gentile e disponibile: arrivati tardi la sera, la cucina già chiusa, ci hanno comunque offerto ( gratis) panini con prosciutto s. Daniele 30 mesi e due bicchieri di vino. Molti buona e varia di cibo e bevande la colazione.
