Tre giorni piacevoli a Grado in questo hotel un pò retro e con moquette ma pulito e tranquillo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non ci siamo neanche accorti della presenza di un bus di turisti austriaci molto silenziosi! Forse grazie a loro il menù a colazione, a buffet, era molto vario per il salato, ampio anche per il dolce con torte fatte in casa. Camera con balcone vista laguna e forse, con la porta aperta, in estate si sentirà il traffico sotto. Niente presa vicino ai comodini. Mancava la cuffia per la doccia. Il posto auto era gratuito. Prezzo abbastanza buono visto il periodo (fine settembre)

Struttura datata ma arredata con buon gusto e molto accogliente. La camera singola piccola, arredata con mobili non recenti ma la rendono graziosa, non standard, con balcone molto comodo, bagno nuovo e funzionale, pulito. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili e gentili, premurosi ed attenti nel soddisfare richieste e fornire informazioni sui servizi e sul territorio, con quel pizzico di cordialità in più che fa la differenza, sempre con professionalità ed esperienza. La cucina è ottima: colazione molto varia e curata x tutti i gusti, con dolci freschi preparati sul posto; cena squisita sempre con piatti freschi tradizionali e locali, ma anche specialità di altre regioni, scelta fra carne e pesce, preparazione molto curata e delicata senza eccessi. Anche il personale di sala è molto gentile e sollecito. La posizione è ottima: zona tranquilla lagunare ma vicinissima alla spiaggia e con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro attraversando una zona pedonale.

Albergo vintage ma con un albergatore che fa la differenza....viva la cordialità e la disponibilità. Posizionato in una zona tranquilla e centrale. Possibilità di effettuare 2 tipi di colazione, da 6 e da 15 euro. Possibilità di prenotare la spiaggia.

Siano in questo albergo rimasto alla fine degli anni 70. La camera era molto pulita così come il bagno, la colazione con due differenti soluzioni in modo tale da soddisfare le esigenze, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit einem kleinen Bad und Dusche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich unf hilfsbereit. Der Chef fuhr mich morgens zum 6 km entfernten Golfplatz und holte mich mittags nach Anruf wieder ab, immer freundlich und ohne Berechnung. Abends konnte man ein 3 Gänge Menü aus einer Auswahl von jeweils 4 verschiedenen Gerichten zu sich nehmen, was sehr gut und günstig und eine gute Abwechslung zu den Pizzerien im Ort war.

Ho soggiornato una notte la prima settimana di giugno 2022, la camera datata ma il confort, climatizzatore, TV grande, WiFi una scheggia, lettone, il balcone sulla laguna di Grado impagabile veduta, il bagno da rivedere specie la doccia. La colazione superlativa, varia e abbondante, una gentilissima signora ci ha illustrato le bontà che ci attendevano, la comodità del parcheggio interno. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per il prezzo
