We didn't have hot water in our room on the third floor, and another person on our floor reported the same issue. It was never fixed, and emails to the owner were ignored.
The hotel is generally dated, the hallways reek of air freshener, and the rooms have poor ventilation (you can't open the windows). The breakfast is mostly low-quality food, except for the fruit and cereal.
There are better options in the area--stay elsewhere.

We checked in later in the day, and immediately noticed our room had not been vacuumed or swept. The armchair was also covered in dust, and filth. The front desk had a major language barrier; after explaining the room was dirty and we wanted a new one, they said “okay, and what is the problem?”
Our next room was cleaner, but there was a lot of hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere, and an entire bowl of cereal left under the sink where it clearly hadn’t been swept/vacuumed under in ages. (photo attached, loose cereal was visible under the sink)
The pool waterline tiles are disgusting and need to be scrubbed/scraped. There were names etched into the filth, graffiti-style.
I had stayed here before and knew it wouldn’t be fancy, I appreciate no-frills, but this was borderline gross.

The only negative thing I can mention is the bed wasn't very comfortable - I have trouble sleeping on hotel beds

Hallway carpets are filthy/stained. my room carpet was filthy not vacuumed while I was there. Didn't replace towels unless I complained. Eggs and sausage were cold. Several people also complained to attendant who didn't speak or understand English. Breakfast tables were dirty. Weren't wiped down after people ate at them No cranberry juice one day--only red water. My room windows were filthy--could hardly see out of them. T.V. didn't work the day I arrived--They couldn't figure it out until later that day. Very expensive for how run down this place is. I WILL NEVER STAY @ THIS PLACE AGAIN after staying here annually for 10 plus years.
