Affordable Suites Graham

Our stay was very quiet. The rooms were in good working order. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was just off I40 on a quiet street with a grassy field behind it. Lynn the manager was very kind and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Lynn, the manager of this property, is incredible. I had a displaced tenant that I was helping after a fire damaged an apartment building. After all hotels in Chapel Hill & Durham spiked rates for graduation weekend, I reached out to this hotel hoping desperately to find someone left to help during a tragic and unexpected disaster. Lynn was the hero we all needed! Not only was she sympathetic and accommodating, she also remained incredibly flexible for several day-at-a-time extensions while we all worked through insurance adjusters, ever-changing updates, and other unexpected last-minute changes. She graciously put us in a room that could accommodate extensions and even granted us an early check-in due to the extenuating circumstances. She was truly a lifesaver for us, and having a kind face and a genuine human experience at that time was a restoration of my faith in humanity in many ways. I drove my tenant to the premises the first day, chatted with Lynn (who was just as amazing in person), and viewed the suite myself. It was incredibly cozy, clean, adorable, and very conveniently located. I highly recommend this property and team. I was very impressed and hope the owners appreciate the gem they have in this above-and-beyond manager!

The floors were filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding was poorly maintained. I did not feel safe there and left after one night. We’re were scheduled for three nights. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The room was clean and temperature very comfortable. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we did sleep well. The area was quiet and the staff was very helpful.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel room we were given was clean and comfortable. Our reason for 4 stars is because the room needed some cosmetic work and had a couple of minor issues I believed should have not been present. That said, we tell that improvements had been made in the room and the atmosphere was nice. All in all, our stay was good.

It has a wonderful kitchenette that is stocked with dishes. Someone could stay a whole week or live there and not have to go out to eat.

Was okay for a couple days. Little different from pictures but okay overall

Three stars for it to be a such a cheap extended stay I would stay there again
