Affordable Suites Graham

Unit 213 was horrible. It smell so bad. Smokers unit. Stained walls and ceilings. Very old and rusted appliances. Mattress smelled so bad like old dry sweat. No curtains in the bedroom nor in the living room. We will not stay there anymore. Nasty place. The office manager Lynn was very nice.

Terrible They took $100 deposit then and kept it when I left the room the same way it was when I got there… the only difference is that I took the linens off the bed myself … and there was dry blood on one off the pillows

Good value Nice property for the price. Wish a king size bed option was available, but other than that everything was clean and functional. Also, good shower pressure and good bar soap!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. The location was convenient for our visit to a nearby college.

Really great value - very clean. Both the suite and the property were super clean. The suites themselves are in a fairly quiet area, but food, gas, and other conveniences are very close. This is a pretty basic suite but had everything I needed (except a hair dryer - unsure if they keep any at the front desk; I didn't ask). I was traveling solo and didn't use, but it's nice that they have a charcoal grill and picnic tables available, as well as onsite laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. I will stay here again if I'm back in the area.

We had a good stay. Only issues we had is that the room had a musty smell. We had to buy an air freshener spray to help eliminate some of the smell. Floor was dirty in which it was shown on the bottom of our socks. So shoes was needed to be constantly worn. Other than that everything else was fine.
