Be prepared for the driveway! It is definitely steep but nothing a decent vehicle can't handle. Do not however expect to take a 2500HD attached to a 20ft enclosed trailer up the driveway. They have since updated their policy and for good reason haha. Rosa has excellent communication and was the easiest to deal with. House was clean, notes and such left around the house were super helpful as well. 10/10 would stay again for the view. Beds were comfy, water is hot, and the hot tub was perfect. The porch is also the porch dreams are made of. Go see for yourself haha

Perfect cottage. The view was spectacular. They thought of everything, even binoculars. We had a great time, and enjoyed s'mores, which was was provided and the fire pit. They even supplied the fire wood. You will not regret your stay. Very family friendly. Very peaceful and enjoyed the sounds of nature. It was close to Bryson, City, and water activities.

We had a great stay here. The property was very clean and well maintained. The views of the valley below were beautiful. Communication with the host was very easy and she responded to emails quickly. Definitely interested in staying here again. Five stars all around.

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, this place was perfect. We loved the old farmhouse, everything was clean and many of our needs were anticipated. We had read about the driveway so we went to the grocery store before checking in. We were pleased with our stay and would come back.
