We arrived and were very well looked after. All employees are very charismatic and helpful. The only thing that didn't make the stay perfect was the bed in the room. There are two single mattresses joined together. Which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything is perfect

A experiência no hotel foi maravilhosa! Nosso primeiro contato foi com o Rodrigo na recepção, ele nos recebeu muito bem, nos acompanhou até o nosso quarto, nos ajudou com as malas… O café da manhã é ótimo, com muita variedade e todos os dias opções diferentes. A camareira realiza o serviço de quarto todos os dias e é muito atenciosa. O restaurante do hotel tem uma ótima gastronomia, preço bom e atendimento, vale a pena conferir. Estacionamento muito espaço com áreas abertas e cobertas, e a rua do hotel também possibilita estacionar o carro.

Great hotel!! The only negative point is access to the pool. Very bad. Or vc crosses all the parking inside the hotel or vc crosses out to reach the reception to pick up the lift to the pool. In other words, in cold and frozen days you have to pass out of clothes in front of any hotel reception.

Nossa estádia foi muito boa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e com ótimas opções. O quarto é bom, a cama é ótima porém a luz do quarto poderia ser melhor, bem como a pressão da água do chuveiro e tbm algumas manutenções no banheiro, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossos dias!

O Hotel Encantos do Sul atende agora pela marca Life Hotéis Infinity e sua unidade de Gramado está localizada próximo ao eixo das Hortênsias, ligação entre Gramado e Canela, mais perto de Canela do que do centro de Gramado. Externamente a construção até traz algum ”encanto” para usar o termo sugerido, mas na minha modesta avaliação, para por aí. A fachada do hotel é em estilo alemão característico da região, mas a parte interna não condiz com o a externa. O Hotel conta com corredores de acesso aos apartamentos que circundam justamente esta fachada, deixando as janelas dos quarto abrirem para estes corredores e não para a parte externa de fato, algo que dificulta a iluminação, a ventilação e principalmente a privacidade, uma vez que se você não fechar as cortinas das janelas de seu quarto, quem passar no corredor tem uma clara visão da sua unidade habitacional. O quarto em si é bem amplo, ideal para famílias. Nós ficamos em uma unidade com 4 camas, duas de solteiro e uma de casal e nos atendeu muito bem. As camas eram confortáveis e o hotel é bem silencioso, proporcionando boa qualidade de sono. Internet no quarto boa. Banheiro funcional, meio antigo, mas em boas condições. No geral tudo OK com a unidade que utilizamos, a exceção mesmo das janelas que abriam para o corredor do hotel. Café da manhã bom, com opções normais que atendem bem, mas é exatamente igual todos os dias sem nenhum destaque especial. O hotel conta com estacionamento, um terreno aberto, do outro lado da rua. Não percebi ninguém monitorando ou cuidando mas a região pareceu bem segura, sem receios de deixar o carro lá. Atendimento bom, normal, nada mais do que a obrigação de quem trabalha no setor. Também não tivemos nenhuma demanda que exigisse mais da equipe mas no geral fomos bem recebidos e bem atendidos durante nossa estada. Foi uma hospedagem que nos atendeu mas passou longe da melhor experiência que já tivemos na região, por isso dei apenas um ”Razoável” mas acho que tem bom custo benefício e, pela tarifa certa, penso que nos hospedaríamos novamente.

Oi, I replied. ”Your name?” Were the next two syllables that came out. (No welcome, great to see you. is this your first visit with us? Just what's your name. But what came next beats any check in I've ever seen or read about. Bruna begins staring at the computer screen while at the same time smelling her wet hair through her nose. I wasn't sure what to say or do. It seemed like a personal moment so I just waited. After what seemed like 10 minutes, she said our room wasn't ready. I told her we actually paid for the night before but were not able to arrive so our room should be ready. She then asked me to see my cell phone reservation. After some time, she called over a colleague who spoke with her for some time then asked if he could take my cell phone to show the manager. ”No,” I said. Be right back, he said. After he came back, saying nothing to me, he spoke to the girl. Shortly after she asked for our documents. No explanation, still no welcome. So that's what being processed feels like. Hungry, we went to the dining room that closes at 3pm. It was 10 past three. I stood at reception for at least 20 minutes, enough time for us to have made lunch. Back to our closed dining room, Sergio was excellent. He escorted us up to the coffee bar (FYI, it opens at noon. Perhaps another name might be in order.) Order anything you want from the menu, he said. We were delighted. Once at the coffee bar a man finally took our order. A few minutes later Sergio was back to take our order. ”We've ordered already, we said.””I know, I need to take your order again, Sergio said.” OK, we thought, whatever. After what seemed like about 30 minutes, our drinks arrived WRONG. The drink order was such a mess we settled for soft drinks. Still waiting for food now some 40 minutes later, it arrived finally. WRONG. They had double ordered our ticket but what arrived first was two orders of my plate. My wife, starving by now, ate what they brought. About 5 minutes later, her order arrived. That's 2 and a half orders of food for those keeping track. Things would have been bad enough if the story ended here but it doesn't. Think of pasta that has the consistency of hard gummy bears and sauce that tastes like warm water with ketchup. Then imagine grease filled French fries and tiny pieces of terrible tasting fish like substance served with tarter sauce. My only possible guess is the people who park cars and the chef decided to switch places for the day. Ah well, there's always breakfast, right? WRONG!
