Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã incrível ! Faltou um pouco de cuidado somente com o número de hóspedes no quarto pois minha reserva era para 4 pessoas porém não havia toalhas nem cobertas individuais suficiente, então precisei pedir mais. A maçaneta do banheiro também estava com defeito dificultando o fechamento da porta. Fora isso estava tudo dentro do esperado.

We had a great time at the hotel. The only thing missing is a heated pool to be perfect. The food was delicious and the attendants were very friendly.

O atendimento do hotel é bem ruim. Na verdade, os sulistas são meio mal educados. Você dá bom dia/tarde/noite e as vezes mal te respondem. O Wifi era péssimo e prejudicou alguns trabalhos que tinha para fazer. Se voltasse a Gramado, talvez não me hospedasse lá. Fora que, me cobraram uma taxa de turismo que sequer me falaram ser opcional ou não.

O hotel é muito bom, nada reclamar da hospedagem em si. Porém, no check out, fui cobrado cerca de 149 reais de taxas de serviços que não estavam explícitas por ocasião da reserva, na plataforma informava o valor de 8,47 como despesa a ser paga no hotel, sem contar que as contas não bateram, uma vez que o valor da NF está cerca de 74 a menos do que paguei no total. Então, apesar do hotel ser excelente, fiquei com a sensação de ter sido enganado. Na minha humilde opinião faltou transparência, seja do hotel ou da plataforma.

Fomos a Gramado para participar da Festa da Colônia e o hotel está bem localizado para este fim. É prático, possui um bom café da manhã e conta com estacionamento. Pessoal da recepção bem educado e dispostos a auxiliar. Conta com um bom chuveiro.
