Se existe um hotel perfeito, é este! O hotel é um luxo desde a entrada, vc se sente em um palácio! Os móveis sãos luxuosos, o atendimento muito cordial, academia muito boa, instalações maravilhosas, e o quarto? Nossa incrível! Lindo com vista, e eles já deixam os aquecedores ligados, sério, fazia tempo que eu não tinha uma noite de sono tão agradável! Outra grata surpresa é o café da manhã! O mais maravilhoso de Gramado! Tem uma mesa só de doces, outra só pra frios, outra só de paes…É tudo um luxo , e não estou exagerando! Estacionamento gratuito, e no check out ainda dão um kit viagem lindo, com água e bolinhos. Quem se hospeda vive um sonho. Parabéns aos funcionários que são educadíssimos, enfim, eu simplesmente adorei!
