Simplesmente maravilhoso o hotel impecável em tudo , colabores super simpáticos , limpeza , café da manhã excelente , fui em família e todos foram só elogios sem falar com a recepção com um chocolate quentinho e um fator importante o silêncio na hora do descanso é excelente localização

Melhor hotel que já fiquei em Gramado experiência atendimento a atenção dos funcionários em se preocupar com os hóspedes. As vezes um simples café da manhã bem reforçado pra começar o dia bem. Das meninas das cozinhas tudo maravilhoso no café até o pessoal da recepção tudo incrível agradecer ao João, Micaela, Paulo, Andreia, Tiago estão de parabéns.

Estive hospedado de sábado para domingo com meu Pai neste final de semana 28/09 ＞ 29/09 e tive uma ótima experiência, o pessoal é super atencioso e muito prestativo em tudo. O café da manhã é ótimo e no domingo ainda pude usar a academia. Não tenho reclamações.

Tudo bem limpinho e organizado, todos os funcionários bem dispostos, simpáticos, educados, prestativos… quarto e banheiro bem limpinhos, roupas de camas branquinhas e limpas, área de lazer impecável, amei que tinha berço pra minha bebê, assim como copa Kids. Valeu a experiência, com certeza voltarei!
