O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, um café da manhã excelente estilo colonial, porém deixou a desejar na higiene do quarto onde encontrei toalhas com resto de creme dental, e colchas de cama com sujeiras, também encontrei uma aranha enorme no quarto, que nos deixou muito assustados, ligamos na recepção e exigir a troca do quarto pois não me senti segura mais naquele quarto que além de sujo tinha uma aranha enorme, eles fizeram uma troca no nosso último dia de estadia . Já me hospedei antes e não havia tido problema, Mas não sei se retornarei Após essa experiência.

Quarto amplo, limpo e organizado. Hotel confortável. Funcionários educados. O café da manhã achei meio mal estruturado. Tem muita variedade, mas muitos itens são frios, como a quiche e outros itens. A nata parece que não é fresca, estava dura. O pão de queijo estava quentinho, mas não era muito bom. A qualidade das frutas era muito boa.

O hotel é aconchegante, ambiente familiar, funcionários muito educados, o café da manhã é excelente, porém, nos sentimos desconfortáveis quando ao sair do café já éramos abordados insistentemente pela equipe da GAV Resort, isso foram todos os dias que passamos no hotel, pensamos duas vezes ao descer novamente para o café da manhã, por que novamente seríamos abordados, com propostas nada viáveis para o cliente.
