This great hotel is located on the Main Street of Gramado, so all the good restaurants and shopping is nearby. The hotel is cozy, very well maintained, it looks and feels gives a great experience. The staff is very professional and caring. We highly recommend it.

Já fui a Gramado 4 vezes e com certeza essa foi a melhor estadia. Localização, agendamento do café da manhã entre 7h e 11h, cama com aquecimento e para completar o charme da Janela do Vinho. Impecável!

Hotel super romântico e sofisticado! Tem um aroma tão peculiar que nos faz relaxar durante a estadia! O hotel é perto de todas os principais pontos gratuitos, fonte do amor, rua coberta, rua torta, aldeia do papai noel etc. o Quarto é aconchegante com uma cama espetacular, mantas 400 fios super perfumada! Um capricho só! Super indico, a equipe está de parabéns pela excelência no serviço! E não posso deixar d e falar no café da manhã, que diante a minha experiência a melhor tapioca com rúcula que já comi na vida, ovos cremosos e pão na chapa, é o iorgute natural! Lugar perfeito, sem contar na janela do vinho que está na entrada do hotel!

Tudo estava muito limpo e organizado. Chuveiro excelente. Os funcionários muito receptivos e educados. Nosso quarto ficou voltado para a rua e o barulho não foi um problema. O café da manhã é junto com um café e tudo estava delicioso. Com certeza indicaremos e voltaremos!

Atendimento impecável! Chegamos antes do check in, o quarto já estava liberado, ganhamos até um upgrade. Café impecável, delicioso, hotel charmoso e muito limpo, ótima localização, ao lado da rodoviária, que facilita muito o translado de POA, até Gramado, além de ser mais barato de ônibus de viagem! Perto de todos os pontos principais de Gramado! Amei muito!
