O proprietario é bem simpatico,mas precisa de manutenção. Lareira com chaminé entupida, flatam tapetes para deixar o ambiente mais aconchegante, café da manha bem simples.O aquecimento não funcionou na noite mais fria que estivemos lá.

Mas para quem estiver sem carro e tiver dificuldade de locomoção eu não aconselho.
