Pousada muito bem localizada, bem próximo ao centro da cidade, o pessoal atende bem. Mais olhando nos comentários que o pessoal reclama do cheiro de mofo e eles insistem e dizer que não tem? Estão de brincadeira né? Um cheiro de mofo insuportável, tivemos que tomar remédio de alergia para não morremos sufocados. No quarto duas camas horríveis com colchões muiiiiito velhos e desconfortáveis, não adianta só quererem ganhar dinheiro sem reinvestir. Definitivamente não vale a pena.

The location of the Pousada is very good. You can walk from the Pousada to the main points of Gramado . The staff are polite. Breakfast is ok, but the area is very small with only 4 tables. The bedroom I was in was under the first floor which I didn't know about and did not like it. The last day of our stay there was no water and we were not able to take a shower or brush our teeth. The receptionist told us it was a problem in the city, but I spoke to other people that were in another hotel nearby and they told me they had no problems with water. No one in the pousada told us anything about this problem until we asked why there was no water in the bedroom. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can get a better hotel or another pousada in the same area for the same price or cheaper.

A pousada possui uma boa localização, próximo ao centro, facilitando o ir/vir a pé. Pode melhorar a vistoria do quarto antes da entrada dos hóspedes, sanando alguns detalhes (se há sabonete, se frigobar está funcionando, …), mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

Chão e paredes de madeira, o que gera barulhos entre os quartos. Área pequena para estacionamento. Tudo muito bem organizado, boa limpeza e boa comida. Perto doma rua coberta.

A pousada é um charme. Dentro a decoração é bem peculiar. Tem muitos enfeites diferentes. O quarto que pegamos era ótimo. O café é bem modesto. Mas é suficiente. Foi adorável passar o final de semana lá. Pretendo me hospedar sempre que possível.

Roupa de cama e banho muito sujas. A noite se alguém passa mal não encontra ninguém na recepção e não atendem WhatsApp. Foi o que aconteceu conosco. O mínimo que se espera de uma pousada é que tenha roupas de cama limpas. Reclamamos com o dono, que justificou que a pousada estava lotada e que não havia dado tempo de limpar… absurdo já que a reserva tinha sido feita com antecedência de uma semana.
