Negative points: 1) food 2) internet 3) very hard bed 1) breakfast with ”old” items and restaurant food and room service much below the level of the other hotels in the city, leaving much to desire. 2) Wi-Fi was very badly picking up the room, very bad sign. 3) I like firm beds, but the couple's bed seemed to be lying directly on the floor. I never saw such a bed. 1) kids space and children's swimming pools 2) care 3) nurse 1) one of the best kids interior spaces in the city hotels. Unquestionably. Pools are legal for children too. 2) educated and careful caregivers. There is a sales approach on the coats, but we have cleared our position since the first time, and we have no more been addressed. 3) When we had our room decoration the servant made a bed clothing decoration in the form of beans and added balloons. The children loved! Observation: when we went to bath the first day, there was no shampoo in our room. They took more than 24 hours to rest. And one of the bath towels was shaved.

This was our first time in Gramado to spend time with my family as Gramado is well know around Brasil as well around the world . I am so glad we chose this hotel as everything was first class, from the reception to the rooms. Everyone was very polite and couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommended this hotel as is very well located and easy to park. They also have a lovely swimming pool and game rooms. They have a car park for a very small fee. Thank you all. We will definitely be back.

Experiência maravilhosa no Prodigy! O Hotel possui estrutura, atendimento, decoração, limpeza, conforto, nota 10! Localização excelente, próximo a vários pontos turísticos e restaurantes. O check-in e check-out foram práticos. Todos os meus pedidos foram prontamente atendidos. Quarto limpo, espaçoso, com muitas tomadas, cama confortável, chuveiro excelente e bons produtos de higiene. Café da manhã com muitas opções de frutas, pães, bolos, iogurte, cereais, achei ótimo! A piscina aquecida é um diferencial. Agradecimento especial ao Fábio, pelo ótimo atendimento na recepção. Super recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar.

O hotel é ótimo e lindo. Infraestrutura maravilhosa, café da manhã excepcional. Tivemos um pequeno problema pois queríamos utilizar as piscinas e elas estavam em manutenção- ficamos chateados pois o hotel poderia ter passado essa informação antecipadamente. De resto, foi tudo ótimo!

Great hotel!! The only negative point is access to the pool. Very bad. Or vc crosses all the parking inside the hotel or vc crosses out to reach the reception to pick up the lift to the pool. In other words, in cold and frozen days you have to pass out of clothes in front of any hotel reception.

The hotel is beautiful, all the facilities are new, all the rooms with a heating and a splendid shower, which will certainly be the best bathroom in your life. We especially love the bikes that are available in the lobby, we had a very different walk through Canela.

The hotel is located near the Canela Stone Cathedral, but in a short walking street. The restaurant serves very good breakfast quality. Other times have a variety of options on the cart for lunch, lunch or dinner. Clean/hygienized accommodation with smeral. Garage with manobrist if necessary.
