The room was very spacious and clean, the wonderful bathroom with a fantastic shower. Breakfast is sensational, diverse and full of options every day. The very clean bedrooms offer covered, a dressing room inside the hotel. We stay in a room with views of the valley with a magnificent landscape! The only one was the swimming pool/ sauna and water that was being reformed and we were not warned.

By history, and famous for the hotel leaves to desire a little in the facilities, some old rooms, and with things that don't work, after we complained we re-allocated to a newly pensioned room, they should keep the standard for all rooms. Restaurant Forneria magnificent!! All good!! Understood for Amanda!! Near the center, all near, great for a night walk, because the city security allows us, one of the rare places of the country where we can walk unoccupied by the streets. Payment parking the part (third-party company), we know at the arrival, could give more emphasis on sales platforms, however the service is worth every cent, agility and responsibility with the vehicle, all manoeuvres with education and good the first impression was the best possible! Receptionists and concierge (Albano) very requested and careful. Smsgs and sympathetic. Ulisses spent a job with our kkkk baggage but it was exceptional!! We will certainly come back (I hope to stay in the pensioned rooms rsrsrs).

Toda rede prodigy de gramado está de parabéns! Pensaram também no aniversário de minha namorada, na qual deixaram uma mini torta e uma carta de felicitações. Estamos gratos a toda equipe do hot que nos atendeu.

O café da manhã é uma delícia, possue uma variedade de comidas e todo dia havia algo diferente. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, educados e atenciosos. Ele fica um pouco longe do Centro de Gramado, mas nada que dificulte sua viagem já que é possível ir andando (eu mesmo fiz isso algumas vezes). O bairro em que o Hotel fica é maravilhoso, com áreas verdes e casas muito bonitas, também dá para ir andando para o Lago *****, que é tão bonito quanto o bairro. Recomendo e, com certeza, voltarei outras vezes.
