Everything is perfect, the only thing I would highlight to improve is the decoration of the apartment (curtains and bedspreads) they make it outdated and it is not and the kitchen utensils are too tight, there were no scissors or a saucepan....

Hotel was clean, apartments are very spacious including balcony. All rooms are Seaview. Beds are comfi too. All receptionist are super cool and very helpful.
Apartment could do with a little renovating. Apartment could do with an oven also around swimming pool could do with a little renovating as you can see like mould from the water on the edges of pool. I think dinner and breakfast for adult is too expensive.
Overall I would visit again.

I love it, it's the second time I've been here, the apartments are quite spacious, the facilities are very good, although they need to do some renovations since they look a bit dilapidated, in terms of cleaning and the employees are great, what we didn't like were the ways in which one of the waitresses at the pool bar spoke to us, for everything else I would return without hesitation

El hotel cuenta con unas habitaciones muy amplias, se agradece que estén equipadas con aire acondicionado y lavavajillas. Cabe destacar que en la piscina hay hamacas de hidromasaje y jacuzzi, el plus perfecto para relajarse. El personal es amable, aunque queremos destacar en especial la atención de Carolina de recepción y María. Repetiremos sin dudas!

The best thing about this hotel is the sea view but that is where it ends! The rooms are very tired and defo need a serious update, the woodwork was disintigrating, there were ants in the kitchen and on the patio. The hotel is not near anything you have to walk to the beach, shops and restuarants which we did not realise as the hotel description says the beach is on site but the gate was locked and no access available. I would have liked to have been told that it is next to an air field as small planes were going off every 20 minutes, we had to endure helicopters and alot of night time flying, the worse thing was the Sunday from 9 in the morning until 5 in the evening it was motocross on the air field and the noise was diabolical. It was like we were sat next to a race track :) The pool is in need of repair, my daughter cut herself on missing tiles going down the children's slide. The weather was brilliant and we were only there a week so we made the most of it, the food was basic. The best thing about this hotel is the view and the staff were brilliant shame the hotel is not kept up to a better standard.

There are lots of positives: pool was a decent size for swimming. Poolside food was good and 1/2 price drinks at happy hour 5-6pm. It is not well signposted but there are some steps to the beach. I would suggest getting beach shoes as it’s rocky. There are a few shops and restaurants about a 10 min walk from the hotel. The staff were all really helpful. We hired a car from reception and drove to the cactus garden and through the mountains. The only negative was there were no waterproof covers on the pillows!

I honestly can say this hotel has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life, The room was covered in ants went out and bought groceries but couldn’t use them because they went all over the food the pool is fine and the rest of the hotel just the ants and the bites
