We were placed here due to a 35 hour delay over 200 guests and the hotel dealt really well with tired stressed passengers it is not where we wanted to be but they have dealt with the whole situation very well and compassionately unlike tui who left us stranded

First we receiver a room on 6th floor, 604. Outside the hotel, aprox 1 meter from the entrance there is a highway with 6 files, heavy and fast traffic 24/7. It was like the beds were placed in the middle of the highway, no sleep that night, called the reception at 5:30 in the morning to change room. We had two choices, one at the first floor at the highway and one with the view to a black wall, but quiet. A small room, probably a single room because there were only one towel and one papercoup. Well we felt the odour in the bathroom but not as heavy as day two, today. I nearly throw up and had to leave the bathroom. It said it should be shampoo with conditioner but of course it wasn’t, it was very dirty in the shower with a lot of black mowl. The hairdryer was screeming when I used it. My husband booked this as a birthday travel and stay during his birthday. It is the most horrible stay we ever had in a hotel and we have made many trips. In the description of the location of the hotel you get the impression that it is just beside the beach. IT IS NOT!! You are located at the highway. Do not go here if you are not forced to. We moved out two days before our check out and moved to a very good hotel, far away from the highway and close to las Canteras. Ps to the manager do not bother to explain this. Do your work and see to that all Windows Will be changed to 4-glass.

The location is excellent, just beside the most lively beach in Las Palmas, there is nothing nearby. The nearest bus stop is just two steps away. The bus on the island is very developed. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the left. A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. Visited with my husband and 2 year old. The hotel room had all the amenities we wanted and was clean and well maintained. The staff were all lovely and friendly, from the reception, the cleaners and the staff at dinner who always made a fuss of the 2 year old and gave him biscuits and balloons. The gardens were well maintained. There was a little playground with shallow pool where we spent a lot of time, also 2 other pools, and there seemed to always be a lifeguard on duty. The food was delicious, a good selection and there were variations such as sushi, hotdogs, tacos, to keep it interesting. The animacions team were friendly and held a barcy disco most evenings. There is also a shuttle bus that runs a few times a day, both to playa del ingles, and maspalomas.

Just had a week at club vista serena and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was excellent and exceptionally clean. We had a first floor apartment, the patio area was great to just relax, it had a sun shade which was a bonus! The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The Venice Pool bar is also excellent and reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fantastic! All the staff at club vista serena were most welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was cleaned daily. I really can't think of anything negative about club vista serena. I would definitely return without hesitation.

GGuest UserGreat location but the hotel is too dark, and lacks any atmosphere. There is no information pack or anything in the room that explains about the hotel and what is available and I thought this was very poor for a so called 5 star hotel and I have never experienced this before. The de luxe double room, although a decent size is a terrible design - you go to the seperate toilet (next to a great shower room)and then you have to go to the sink, which is in the middle of the room by the wardrobes. How unhygienic is this!! Despite paying over £3000 for a 7 day holiday, this hotel charges you for the large four poster style beds by the pool if you use them and if you use the roof top beds and infinity pools, that will also cost you 50 euros per day. They had an A la Cart menu in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but this was very poor. 4 times in seven days they had no Advocardo’s. Twice I asked the chef at the buffet counter what the fish was and he did not know. Signage at the buffet counters is very poor - these were often mixed up or not there at all. If you have a severe nut allergy this hotel is not for you. They have a dress code in the restaurant in the evenings, but this is not in force, as there were many occasions where men were allowed in wearing shorts….so no dress code at all! They have a decent sized gym, but it’s right next to the smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and balconies we were told yet nearly every evening we could smell cigarette smoke if we left our balcony door open. Complained but no action was taken. As far as I can tell by reading all the reviews for this hotel, some of the complaints that I have made have been made by other people, so the company is clearly not acting on these. This is why I have only given them 2 stars, which is very poor for such a great location. Change of management needed clearly!

We stayed for a whole week and had a very lovely stay. The breakfast is really nice, with a spectacular view on the ocean. The staff was very attentive during the whole stay-it was my boyfriends Birthday and they left cake and a note for us, which was very sweet. Housekeeping was excellent, Drinks and food at the poolbar very tasty. The spa is a must as well. Usually don’t write recommendations, but this Hotel and its staff really deserves it!

HHUIHUAVery suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes

Yes, price is good and to it's location, it is close to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Breakfast restaurant is on the top level of this hotel, we can enjoy stunning ocean view and sunlight while having breakfast. It is bonus. However, a minor thing I like to share is during busy morning especially when restaurant is full house, it always running out of coffee cups, juice glasses as well as cereal bowls. I cannot have to wait a long while for these 3 times from my 5 days breakfast. Maybe hotel can put some signage to suggest guests be eco-friendly minded to re-use glass, cup and bowl when refill. As I have seen some have 5 -6 cups and glass on a table. Bed is comfortable, room is clean with basic things you need. Yes, no electric kettle, no slippers as standard 3 stars hotel do. So, I have no complaint. There has no more noise from constructions, as this is my concern after reading other travelers comments in the pass. So I think all is done. Hotel locates next to taxi, bus station but not close to beach area. It's no problem to me for this winter travel. I am very happy for all. Definitely recommend it to others.

GGuest UserFabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

When we left, the receptionist has called me attention and insisted on the recovery of that amount, it was not enough to give her data as if it was a criminal, for I invited him to go up to my room. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. ADRMAS has no air conditioning, and is supplied with a noisy fan with which you can't sleep.

GGuest UserThe apartment block entrance way doesn't look appealing but the hallway is very modern. Some rooms i believe have been renovated but mine room 103 was a bit jaded in the kitchen and mixed tiles were used in the bathroom. The location is great for cafes and snack bars, a long walkway straight outside.
My room had a small balcony where you could hang washing, there are 2 laundrettes just a few yards away.
You can just see the sea from the balcony which is moments away. There is a very wide promenade for about a mile along the broad beach.
The kitchen had two sets of plates, cups and bowls and cutlery. The hotplate is modern and heats up extremely quickly. There is a good sized fridge but mine was dripping onto the floor as it was iced up.
The receptionist is nice but only speaks Spanish but was able to help me with my taxi back to the Airport.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights there and would stay there again. There is some street noise during the night especially on Friday. There is a wall mounted colour TV in front of the two single beds.

Please don't listen to any bad reviews (especially the one from the lady who wasnt even staying here!) , this is the best hotel we've stayed in - for some reason it's currently getting down graded to a 3 star but unsure as to why, it clearly deserves 4+ We arrived at midnight, quick & efficient check in and then were told the resturaunt had been left open until 2am for us to get some food & drink before bed - much better than the usual packed lunch your greeted with. Room is clean, fresh & modern - air-conditioning is virtually silent but keeps the room ice cold, and this combined with the comfiest beds (complete with mattress toppers) makes for some of the best sleep I've ever had. Woke up every morning feeling refreshed & ready for the day. The staff are always friendly & polite & always happy to help. They're always constantly cleaning, we've never stayed in such a clean hotel before and I can't pick any faults. The all inclusive drink selection is fantastic - actual branded coca cola, sprite, fanta etc available to help yourself too all day and then if you want a spirit this is made by the barman - not branded but it doesn't matter. Some cocktails are included in the all inclusive package but others have to be paid for - we didn't find it necessary to pay additional for these. The food was way better than expected - I am a picky eater but I was left feeling full everyday. It's smaller than your usual all inclusive buffet but it just means all food is freshly prepared - theres always plain pasta or rice as a base, some veggies, a generic sauce & then fish and meat cooked fresh at the grilling station. The freshly grilled, charcoal chicken strips are some of the best things I've ever eaten! And if all else fails, there's also a pizza station making hundreds of fresh stone baked pizzas a day. I haven't struggled to eat all week although there is plenty of fantastic local restaurants nearby. The pool is fresh on a morning but warms up.throughout the day, and they are plenty of sunbeds for everyone - you can't reserve beds overnight but can do so on your way down to breakfast. Floaties are allowed, just don't leave them in the pool when not in use. And to me the best feature of the hotel, no smoking on your sunbed. There's a designated smokers corner away from the pool, and even if people try to ignore the rule the lifeguard moves them on to the correct area - absolute bliss! The entertainment is the only area I can say needs a slight improvement - there's a stage based activity at 11.15 followed by a pool based activity at 12.15 - this is then daytime entertainment completed. Then a kids mini disco at 20.45 (there was one child in the entire hotel at this point yet this still went ahead) followed by the main show at 21.30 then bedtime. It's entertaining enough but nothing spectacular, even a round of daytime bingo would be an improvement. Location is great, walking distance to the Irish Center & Yumbo Centre - plenty of bars & resturaunts to

overall a very good stay.The hotel was clean and the staff very nice.The girls who managed the bars were lovely and friendly. Juan was also very professional. The entertainment was a little disappointing most nights. The two drinks policy very annoying, particularly as the beer measures are small enough anyway. rooms were clean but I found the poor fitting glass doors on the bathroom entrance very awkward, why was there a need to do this. Surely no one wants to see other people using the bathroom. It would also be nice to be able to get water for free throughout the hotel at all times of the day. A complimentary changing and shower room for departing guests would be extremely helpful and would go a long way in helping people want make a decision to return again. I found all the reception staff most helpful and friendly. It's a shame the gym entrance cannot be reached via the hotel. I did like the fact there was always plenty of sunbeds available for everyone.
