Staff was amazing. The owner was there to check me in and it was very easy. The room was big and bathroom was big. Very clean rooms and property. Breakfast was good also. Only complaint was that there were bats underneath the tile in the room I was in. You could hear them at night. I know management couldn’t do anything as they are protected, but it was a little disturbing at night. Other than that I love the property and would come back

Beautiful Hotel, excellent Location. Amazing View of the Mombacho volcano, lovely swimming pool, excellent customer Service. I will Definitely stay here again. Very unique vibe.

I spent several days at this wonderfully welcoming and peaceful hotel before starting a road trip. Pool area is pristine as are the comfortable rooms. Breakfast was really good and staff were incredibly helpful. I booked a very good value and reliable airport transfer through the hotel and made use of the reasonably priced laundry service too. The hotel is family owned and they take great pride in hosting guests.

The owner of the property maintains the hotel very clean and tidy. It’s always a pleasure staying there. This is my second time booking at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jardin. Customer service was 10/10, the shower was hot, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the square, which was perfect if you prefer a quieter hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

Unser Lieblingshotel in Granada. Tolle Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt, spitzenmäßiger Service, aufmerksames, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, geschmackvolle und sehr saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, Besitzer ist präsent, nimmt sich Zeit und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.
