Hotel Granada Center Reviews

I have been to many hotels. This one is definitly one of the best. Great service and staff - friendly and highly professional. Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms in this renovated hotel. Well located, nice authentic sourroundings, still in the Granada's center. I like to check out different hotels. But if I go for Granada again I will choose this hotel - this is for sure.

Location to the train station is excellent but a 20 min walk into the main part of Granada - still overall a decent location. The Room was a very good size and in general was quiet and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was ok/decent and it's nice to have somewhere on location in case you don't want to go out. I liked staying here.

Flooding happened in the shower so we had to use the towel to prevent water coming out. The room is huge but the air con is not cool enough so we didn’t sleep well. Parking is available at the hotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the location is great, you can borrow a kettle, slippers, and there are plenty of parking spaces, which is a very good setting! I am very satisfied with the attitude and speed of the service staff

Environment: The hotel is 2-3 kilometers away from the main attractions, with convenient public transportation around. There are residential areas, schools, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, gas stations near the hotel, and shopping and eating are convenient. Hygiene: The room size is good, the sanitary conditions are good, similar to the domestic four-star standard. Service: The front desk and room attendants are polite and have a good attitude. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving. Facilities: Because I go out to play every day, I don’t eat in the hotel or use other facilities. The hotel is the same brand as the one in Seville, but this one is obviously much newer. The downside is that the toilet is a little small and it is still a bit far from the main attractions. The buffet breakfast is very good

The location is moderate. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the British Palace and the Cathedral of Barcelona. The Albaicin area is surrounded by commercial streets near the cathedral. The decoration is light luxury style, simple and elegant. The hotel services, including the doorman, front desk, and cleaning staff, are very good and professional. The underground parking garage is very narrow. The first time I went there, I parked the car at the door of the garage and pressed the doorbell next to the door. There will be a service staff to take you all the way to the underground garage. The first time we went there, we were not sure how to open the door, so we parked the car on the road outside the hotel gate. Immediately, a service staff came out to understand the situation and took us to the garage. They did not leave until they parked the car and helped you take your luggage to the lobby. On weekdays, you can enter and exit the garage by swiping the door card. After checking out, drive the car to the place where you swipe the room card near the garage door and press the bell. The front desk will open the door for you. If I go to Granada again in the future, I will stay in this hotel again.

The location is very close to the train station, and it's only about 30 minutes' walk to various attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is good.

Recommended, this is the most complete hotel for this trip to Spain and Portugal, the rooms are also good, and the train station is within walking distance

I rarely give good or bad reviews to hotels. This hotel really makes me feel uneasy, so I still have to give a bad review after more than 20 days. What happened: We arrived at the hotel at noon, checked in and went to the room. Normally, we would check the cleanliness of the bedding, and then found an unknown liquid similar to blood on the sheets and pillows, and body hair on the bed. I communicated with the hotel. The front desk said that the bedding would be changed, but I refused and asked to change rooms. After the communication, I changed a room. There was a smell of paint when I entered the room. When I walked in, I found that the ladder was still inside. I went to negotiate with the hotel again and asked to check out, but the hotel clearly refused. After a fruitless communication, the hotel insisted on not agreeing. I left in anger and told the hotel that I would ask Ctrip to communicate with you. As a result, Ctrip did not have a strong voice overseas, and the hotel did not check out for us in the end. So everyone should think twice when choosing this hotel in Granada!
