It is located relatively close to the city center. About 15-20 minutes on foot. The cleaning of the room is neat and the chambermaids are a real charm and professionals of 10. Varied and rich breakfast. The only drawback that I would put is that a larger rest area is missing. The pool on the roof has incredible views, with a spectacular sunset

Great location, room big / shower and clean and a nice comfortable double bed. We were on the 4th floor, the view was not great, but we could see the nearby hospital so at least if we fell ill we knew where to go. Had a small fridge and kettle in room which was a must. The window sofa cushion was broken in room, we did report it as did not want to get blamed and we couldn't get the window open to let in fresh air rather than having air-con on. We had to call a member of staff who managed to open it for us, but it was closed again by the cleaners. We both tried to re-open it, but gave up, so must be a knack to it. On the day of leaving an engineer came to fix, but we were packing to go. Poor signage for any food allergies when at restaurant, we had to keep asking and not sure the staff knew themselves. They offer €20 per person evening lunch, which for us was great as you could eat as much as you like, but limited gluten, dairy and meat free options. But food was plenty and fresh, some additional signage regarding food allergen would help. An all you can eat breakfast is a must. Has a very small roof top pool, but is refreshing from the heat, two of you in it is busy, so best just to use to cool down and there are plenty of sun beds to relax and get some rays. Saying all that, for us a max 20/30 minute walk from the main attractions, and we love to walk so this was great. The staff were very friendly and their English was better than our Spanish! We enjoyed our stay and would again.

You are pleasantly greeted at reception. The room is spotlessly clean though with minimal amenities. Buffet breakfast can get busy which puts the staff under pressure.

The hotel was generally OK for a buget hotel, but there were a couple of things that could have been much better. The first thing I noticed was the smell in the corridor. The next thing was that the room booked was a double room but we were given a twin room. They said that although we had booked a double room, we hadn't chosen a bed type. There had been no option to choose a bed type! It's always nice to have some hot drinks available in the room, but they were stingy with the amount of milk (none - but not untypical for Europe) and coffee creamer (2 small pots). On the final day, one pot was solid, it had gone off. It's not a hard thing to check and to throw away on prep!

Me and my sister stayed here from Tuesday to Saturday to celebrate her 21st birthday. We loved our stay! Any questions, we went to the reception desk and we were treated with kindness. Me and my sister speak very little Spanish and yet the staff were still very kind. Room service was also kind, Google Translate was used which I appreciated very much. On my sister's birthday, a small bottle of prosecco with glasses and fresh cookies were brought up to our room. We would stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Little far from town centre, but very quiet with no bars or night clubs. The desk staff were very helpful. There is bus to town taking less then 10 minutes. Book in advance to get a good deal. They now provide coffee making facility in the room. We didn't have have breakfast at the hotel.

We had a two night stay at this hotel greeted by Juan on reception who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He gave us a map of Granada and told us how to get to the sites by bus and on foot. The room was comfortable and clean with tea/coffee making facility and a small fridge. Room cleaned and towels changed each day. Breakfast was a buffet of hot and cold food. Roof top pool was delightful. We would recommend staying here and will definitely visit again.

FANTASTIC - CLEAN - TIDY - GOOD LOCATION. Don't be fooled by some of the poor reviews. The staff are excellent, they clean and tidy the rooms DAILY. They have tea and coffee faculty in the room and a small fridge. The rooms and toilets/shower were extremely clean and tidy. The size was big. We booked 2 rooms (double/triple) but they could easily had a family of 5 in each small room. Bus stop is right outside. You can use Google maps to see which buses you need. Buy a £2 bus card and top it up and get to use bus for 50p a trip. You can walk to the halal places within 20 mins or bus it for 10-15. Due to the buses everything is well located. I traveled across the whole of Granada with 3 kids with the buses and my foot! Something to remember... Sunday is rest day, so pack some food the night before if you are thinking halal or pop into a TelePizza. They offer complimentary water when you get in and tea coffee and biscuits. Towels changed daily and always a smile on the receptions face. Overall a lovely stay, fantastic people, nice and quiet and VERY VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. Well done guys.
