Right in the city center, very close to the bus station and restaurants and souvenir shops! The hotel can store luggage for free, and the service attitude is also very friendly. If I ask where to buy a suitcase lock, I will be helpful in giving directions. There is no thick quilt in the room, so you need to get a blanket from the cabinet to put on the bed. Moreover, there is no one at the front desk after 10 pm. If you want to buy a bottle of water, no one will answer...

It is located within walking distance of both the Alhambra and the Albaicin. It is very convenient! You can see it from the Alhambra.

The room boy had an interesting English accent and provided us with a better room, which was a room with a loft at the top of the hotel. There is a large bed upstairs and downstairs. Six-pointed star symbols can be seen everywhere in the hotel. Maybe the owner is Jewish. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is simple and tasteful. Most importantly, the hotel is located in the bustling New Plaza of the city, with the Albayzín district behind it. You can see the flow of people downstairs from close to you, and you can see the Alhambra Palace in the distance. Excellent location. Provided a wonderful ending to our trip.

If you drive by yourself, you need to contact the hotel in advance to enter the parking lot.

The parking lot is a 4-5 minute walk and costs 22 euros per day. Facility is old but looked clean. But it's cold. It's raining in winter. Even if you turn on the heater, it doesn't get warm because there is something wrong with the heater. It was cold so I woke up very early. sob There are many restaurants nearby, and the location is good. Parking lot is 1.45 euros in the paid parking lot near the Alhambra (You need to prepare a coin for 1.45 euros. Park, find a nearby machine, insert coins, get a parking ticket, and put the parking ticket inside the car so that it can be seen from outside the car. Please note that it is a 10-minute walk, but it is uphill)

위치가 정말 좋은 숙소입니다. 주말저녁이라 호텔에서 권해주신 주차장에 주차를 하지 못하고 주차장을 찾아헤매느라 힘들었지만, 그것을 잊을정도로 친절하셨어요.

Nice hotel in the very touristic spot of Granada. No fancy reception hall, but room was reasonably spacy and bathrooms well as the bad were fine. Reception stuff was nice also. On the downside: - Reception is not available at night. - The air condition only cools, no warming, although at night it get to 7 degree Celsius. - Towels are very thin. Over all, not recommended for the price.

This hotel was recommended by friends we have living in the area. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are as pictured. They are comfortable and clean with daily maid service. We would recommend room number 27, it’s on the Plaza side with great views from the balcony. A little noisy late at night, but we weee tired so it didn’t matter. The front desk was very helpful also, don’t forget your 110v adapter if your from the USA We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very conveniently located about 8 minutes walk from the entrance to Alhambra (puerte de las Granadas) (This turned to be very convenient as I had to run back to hotel to pickup mine and my wife's passports, as we were denied entering the museum complex without showing them otherwise...) Hotel staff is very friendly. We asked hotel in advance about whether it would be possible to check-in late, around 20 minutes after their formal reception's closure time, and they kindly agreed, with a clerk staying a bit late for us. We really appreciated it! There are plenty of cafes on plaza Nueva serving breakfast right besides hotel's entrance.

Hotel very well located, clean rooms, very nice staff. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby where you can eat a very tasty breakfast. You can park your car near the hotel for an additional fee. Do not use google maps, the entrance to C.Elvira Street is closed and C.Almireceros Street is one-way from C. Jaquin Costa

This hotel is really well situated. It would’ve been perfect for me and my daughter if our room hadn’t been so warm, and that was in April. The air-conditioning unit did not provide any relief, even though I did check I was using it properly with the friendly hotel staff. It didn’t seem able to provide any cooler air. Our window opened onto an internal atrium, that gave us a bit of cooler air overnight. But I can’t imagine how hot the room would’ve been in the summer! If the air con was better this would be an ideal place to stay in Granada.

I value central location and this was a good choice: The hotel is situated on the very central Plaza Nueva, although entrance is in a side street. When you check in you get a door code instead of a key, that was a first time for me, but it worked fine. I didn't have breakfast, but the square has several outside cafes serving coffee, juice and tostadas when you need that. Also a few illegal immigrants who sell Gucci handbags off the pavement and there is quite a bit of noise from traffic and various other people around, but all in all that didn't disturb me too much. I woke up early to climb up to Alhambra and the location is excellent for that. I give a plus for the room having a water boiler, so I could have a wake-up cup of coffee in bed, which I love. Will stay there again.

Hotel very central and well located to see the center of Granada. If you come by car I recommend using the parking lot, parking in the area is a nightmare. To make use of it you have to book in advance, at 20 euros per night and you have to scrupulously follow their directions to get there, but once there you forget about the car. The room is well equipped, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the area where it is. Multiple dining options within a few minutes' walk (I recommend Los Manueles) and close to the main attractions. Right in front of the hotel there is a taxi rank, bus and tourist train. If I return to Granada, I will repeat.
