Great location. Plenty of food options in the area, especially halal food. Hotel room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable place to stay near Al-Hambra. The hotel always clean and restock the drinks and amenities in our room. They have also TV cable.

It's pretty good, there's only one person at the front desk, it's very slow The room is a bit old and you can hear the noise from the corridor The hotel is in the city center, close to the bus station and convenient to the palace and bus station.

The place is in the center, near a taxi rank. Friendly and helpful staff.

Central hotel, correct facilities although I think it has been the only hotel in years that continues to use keys instead of cards. Good value for money and a good breakfast.

이 호텔에 위치가 최고로 좋습니다. 싱글룸에 머물렀으며. 방은 정말 작습니다. 잠만 잔다면 상관은 없습니다. 그리고 욕조에서 샤워 할 때 너무 비좁기때문에 조심해야 합니다. 저는 2번 넘어져서 다칠 뻔 했습니다. 사진에 있는 창문은 fake입니다. 호텔직원에게 사진 속에는 창문이 있었는는대요 라고 물으니 있기는 하나 fake라고 했습니다. 싱글룸에 나와있는 사진 속에 창문은 차라리 없는 것이 예약 하라는 고객에게 정보 제공 하는데 혼란이 없을 것 같습니다.

Hubo un problema con la habitación y nos dieron otra habitación en otro hotel cercano. Muy amables y la habitación genial.

Insuperable location, walking distance to major landmarks. Shopping areas very close to the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to go to have breakfast to a sister hotel that was around 8 blocks away 😔

Perfect location, can't ask for better. Transportation very convenient, shopping, sites and oh the dining options. The rooms are clean and big enough, great internet. Very friendly staff.

Hotel was at ground zero - Next to city hall (Ayuntamiento). It was close to everything, restaurants, shops, taxis, Walking distance to Alambra. Lots of activity around and easy transportation. Being in the city center, hotel does not have car parking but they provide parking at their sister hotel Macia Hotel Condor located one mile away. Originally I saw it as a big issue but soon I understood. Macia Plaza is in the Old part of the city and there are just not parking around for anyone including Pope. Taxi is ready available between the two hotels and both taxi drivers and folks at Condor hotel were very friendly and helpful when parking car. Parking Garage is good and offers plenty of space. Macia personnel at Plaza and Condor are great. Ignacio (Nacho) the gentleman at the breakfast launch is a super nice guy. Highly effective person.

This hotel is located in a great location. Walking straight out the door will lead you across the plaza and up the street and trail leading right up to Alhambra. The staff was pleasant and there are restaurants all around. My only negative comment is that the room was dark. There were no overhead lights and the side lights next to the bed are low, so it was a little hard to read in the room.

A very modest, small hotel in a great, central, location. Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very basic, but adequate if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time inside.

Friendly staff - special thanks to Silvia for guiding us and helping us with Alhambra tickets as we were already cancelled previously by a tour guide company! Nice and clean hotel with excellent breakfast on lower level at a reasonable price!

The only thing was they charge me $10€ for early check in. Hotel was not at max booking or anything not even JW Marriot charges me early checking in. Other then that was good.
