Super location in the historic center on a pedestrian street best restaurants,shopping, cathedral and walking distance to sights. Excellent tourist help from the staff with lots of advice and help offered. Everything was clean, hotel was quiet, good bed, plentiful of water. There are a lot of stairs but the staff will carry your bag for you and Reception closes at 4PM.

Lugar céntrico, están refaccionando, con una excelente atención por parte Sergio, quien se encarga de brindar toda la informacion para disfrutar de Granada. Habitación cómoda con todo lo necesario, se escuchaban los ruidos de un bar de abajo, pero se debe al lugar en que se encuentra, muy bueno y practico

De locatie is top maar er is dag en nacht van buiten heel veel lawaai
Het hostel is oud en heeft veel onderhoud nodig. De service is minimaal zelfs de schoonmaak wordt niet gedaan maar het ergste was dat de douche de t****e dag alleen koud water gaf. Verhouding prijs /kwaliteit onvoldoende

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay! Carlos is very friendly and helpful. He told me about an upcoming festival in the city which was very appreciated! The area is not as noisy as other reviews make it out to be, and after all it is in the city center. However, we did not mind at loved the area as it was near everything we wanted to see.

親切な方々がとても親切でチェックイン前、チェックイン後の荷物の預け入れを快く引き受けてくれました。（しかも、お部屋まで運んでくれました涙）
1人部屋を利用したのですが、ベッド、鏡付き洗面台、エアコン、ハンガー、バスタオルなどが揃っており快適でした。部屋の外にあるトイレやシャワーも落ち着いて利用できました。
ロケーションもよく、少し歩くとグラナダ大聖堂があります。アルハンブラ宮殿までのバス停までも15分もかかりません。
周りにはスーパーやタパスのお店なども充実していました。スタッフの方がマップで安全な場所を教えてくれました。ホステル周辺は大学などが集まっているため安全と言っていました。
夜は暗い道や細い道を避ければ、安全だと感じました。

立地が良く、見つけるのは簡単でした。スタッフは感じが良く、グラナダを観光するのに必要なたくさんの情報を教えてくれました。部屋は清潔で快適です。
気になったのは、共用バスルームの排水がかなり悪いことと、連泊中にクリーニングとタオル交換が行われなかったことです。
