My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

I came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and if our room. Also, the room had plenty of space for both of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily navigate the city and the Alhambra from our base, and public transport was close by and easy to use.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location, across the street from the cathedral. The hotel has its own parking lot! The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The biggest highlight is that there is an electric heater, and the laundry is dried. Very nice! The tickets for the Alhambra Palace were not booked, and they must be bought online more than a month in advance. Tickets are not sold on site! A little regret, come again next time! The hotel bedding is also comfortable! The breakfast is average, and the cost performance is not high.

The quality of several restaurants in the Nevada shopping mall and shopping mall within 1 km are not bad. Carrefour, lidl supermarket is within walking distance, free parking on the side of the road, and although there are not many types of breakfast, it is left with care. The hotel is not big and the decoration is warm. Except for the small layout of the room, which is slightly simpler, the others are full marks and very cost-effective.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

There is free parking, which is extremely cost-effective for self-driving. There is Carrefour next to it, it is more convenient to buy things, but there are not many places to eat around, mostly for fast food. The service was warm and the room was clean and tidy.

The room was antique and clean. Close to the airport but far from the city. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is small and not very tasty, but considering this price, it is still acceptable.
