Very nice hotel. Excellent location, across the street from the cathedral. The hotel has its own parking lot! The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The biggest highlight is that there is an electric heater, and the laundry is dried. Very nice! The tickets for the Alhambra Palace were not booked, and they must be bought online more than a month in advance. Tickets are not sold on site! A little regret, come again next time! The hotel bedding is also comfortable! The breakfast is average, and the cost performance is not high.

Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too.
If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

We loved out stay at the Suites Gran Via 44. The location was perfect and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The suite was very comfortable! We were able to walk to the Alhambra from the hotel, although we would probably take Uber if we had to do it over again. Slaying the hill that leads to the Alhambra's entrance was not easy!

I came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

The hotel is very good, old but well-cared. nice reception with some information from the city. There is a very good location near the city centre and transport options on the street next door. The hotel was very comfortable, clean bathroom and a good shower, and only during the stay there was a work on the street, which was quite noisy, but it was not the hotel's fault, and I believe they've finished.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

The quality of several restaurants in the Nevada shopping mall and shopping mall within 1 km are not bad. Carrefour, lidl supermarket is within walking distance, free parking on the side of the road, and although there are not many types of breakfast, it is left with care. The hotel is not big and the decoration is warm. Except for the small layout of the room, which is slightly simpler, the others are full marks and very cost-effective.

There is free parking, which is extremely cost-effective for self-driving. There is Carrefour next to it, it is more convenient to buy things, but there are not many places to eat around, mostly for fast food. The service was warm and the room was clean and tidy.

SSightsee60232177992Good location, good value for money, good rooms, close to many major sightseeing attractions, many restaurants/stores/supermarkets nearby, close to airport bus stop and citybus stops......... Did not expect it was such a good place to stay, given the ”hostel” name. Chose the Toc Hostel because of its convenient location and not too many ”last-moment” choices. Booked the single room with private bathroom (avoided the dormitories with shared bathrooms), and was further updgraded to family(?) room upon check-in. The accommodation was better than many mid-range hotels; clean, quiet and spacious. One drawback/point to note: the daily continental breakfasts were rather simple, and only started at 8am; rather too late if you booked early day-tours.

GGuest UserMy family and I stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all places of interest. We were even able to walk to the market. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen, while small, had the basics needed. The pool was very very cold but with the heat it was needed. However, you couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes without getting cold. The parking is a bit of a pain. If you have a larger car you won’t be able to use their garage as there is a weight limit for the car to go down the lift. Other than the annoying parking situation, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. We will most definitely be back.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Occidental Granada hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location is perfect - it's within walking distance to many of Granada's top attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and my room was no exception. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the quality of sleep I got. The bed and a set of pillows were very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's rest every night. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Occidental Granada hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Granada.

MMitsuki_1525It's close to the station, but there are stairs at the entrance, so carrying a suitcase was a little troublesome.
Other than that it's perfect! ”Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast.” The all-you-can-eat prosciutto ham from the morning was very Spanish-like and I was very happy.
It was convenient that the bus left in front of the hotel.
There is no coin laundry on site, but it is within walking distance.

YYUNQINGood location, convenient to eat around, have Chinese food, walk to Agong more than 20 minutes, but climbing is very tired, although the hotel is Samsung, but the decoration style is very modern, five floors have five colors of style, we are the second floor, blue The color tone is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the breakfast tastes good and the coffee is especially difficult to drink. This is rarely the case in Europe.

This hotel is well situated, there’s a 10-15 minute walk up to the city centre, passing some interesting squares with plenty of opportunity for refreshments. Check in and out was very efficient. There is a small bar area, and there was a reasonably decent buffet breakfast served, which we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy at leisure unfortunately. Sadly we didn’t have the opportunity to try the swimming pool. Our room 314 was cool and of a good size, clean and well maintained. There was good air con, a safe and a fridge, no kettle though. The bed as often out here was 2 big singles put together, firm and comfortable though. There’s the benefit of a reliable satellite tv signal whilst relaxing in your room. The main benefit is the hotel’s excellent location though, a good base from which to explore this fine city.

TTIANYUANThe breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

Excellent tourist help from the staff with lots of advice and help offered. Everything was clean, hotel was quiet, good bed, plentiful of water. There are a lot of stairs but the staff will carry your bag for you and Reception closes at 4PM.

To be honest I read the reviews after booking and before going and I was a bit suspicious about this place but I must say I was positively surprised! The location of this place is great and the hotel itself was very clean. The capsule is a very different experience! We also stayed in the suite which is definitely better but the capsule is a fun experience that you should try out! Staff was great too, especially Abdel which was always very polite and available. I recommend. It's obviously not a resort but for the price you pay it's an absolute bargain
