We found this hotel room are quite nice, the facilities are all up to quality for this range of hotel. There are a lot of cafe, shops, supermarket near by. We also used a self-service laundry near by. Location wise, it is very close to the Metro to the train station. To get the tourism centre - Plaza Isabel La Católica, there is much direct bus, there are about about 15 mins walk. Or there is a bus 11 which is take some times. But there are a lot shops to explore alone the different routes. Overall, we are quite enjoy the stay here.

I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area. In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move. The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed. Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room. Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room. And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.

The British Palace is opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but the British Palace does not have many things and is not cheap. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel. If you walk a little further, you can walk to the entrance of the palace in 30-40 minutes. There is a public underground parking lot Telpark across the river next to the hotel, and you can store and access the car by navigation. If you don't drive, this place is a bit far, it's more convenient to live closer.

We drove there by ourselves, but after going around for a long time, we couldn’t get around the door. I love Granada so much. The hotel is in a good location. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop around. I have to praise the lady at the front desk of the hotel. She is very enthusiastic and tried to recommend all the delicious and fun places in Granada to us. She also helped us plan the route. You can see the Alcázar from the hotel's rooftop swimming pool. There is a paid parking lot, but you have to be very careful when driving there. The roads in Granada are too narrow and you will go the wrong way if you are not careful. We drove around in circles for an hour before we parked the car and tried not to drive again. It is better to choose public transportation or take a taxi to go to the Alcázar or the observation deck. Don't overestimate your ability to read navigation and drive. Very very very satisfied. I especially want to thank the lady at the front desk. We arrived a little late, and she deliberately extended the opening hours of the swimming pool so that the children could play in the water for a while. I am especially grateful to her. The room is a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, which are separated by a wardrobe to form two spaces. You can cook but there is no washing machine. Overall very satisfied

An unexpectedly delightful hotel! I love it so much! The historical sense and elegance of the hotel itself make people like it as soon as they walk in, as if the previous owner was a knight, and this is the palace given to him by the royal family. On the day of arrival, the flight was diverted due to weather reasons. We arrived at nearly 4 am. The front desk lady spoke very good English and was particularly concerned about us. She checked us in quickly and let us have a good rest. The first impression was full. The breakfast at the hotel the next day was also very rich and delicious 😋The hotel is small but very exquisite and beautiful. The room facilities are both classical and practical. I really regret not staying in Granada for a few more days. I love this town so much! There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation!

One of the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed. It was beyond my expectation. In fact, it was super amazing. I would definitely come to TOC Hostel again if I ever come to Granada in the future. I slept in a 4-Mixed dormitory. I was grateful to get to stay with good roommates. That’s a big plus. Also, they have a pool table for customers to enjoy and relax in the area. If you have luggages, there’s a lift you can take if you prefer. They provide a lock for your luggage to store in your room but a deposit of €10 is compulsory and they will return your deposit upon checkout. There’s also a washine machine and dryer should you need to wash your clothes. It cost €3.5 and €3 respectively. There’s a private bathroom in the room with hot shower, soap and shampoo. Overall, it was an amazing stay for me and a solid 5/5!

The entrance is the living room with sofas, TV, etc. Going inside is the bedroom, and further inside is the bathroom. The whole side is glass doors and windows. Yes, it is a door that can be opened. Is it safe? The room is about one meter above the ground. There is an iron guardrail on the outside of the glass doors and windows about two meters above the ground! The doors and windows cannot be opened from the outside. Unless the glass is broken. There is an alley outside the glass doors and windows, and a restaurant opposite. The glass doors and windows have basically no sound insulation. The picture was taken outside the glass doors and windows of the room in the alley.
