The location was good and the facilities were good. It was a shame that I couldn't use the pool due to my schedule. If I come again next time, I think I'll want to stay here.

I paid for a suite and got half a room. When one door in the room opened, there was another door right next to it, and the other side of the door belonged to someone else.

Stayed one night while touring Arches and Canyonlands. The accommodation is clean and quiet, so it is a good hotel to unwind and relax. It's a downside that you can't access the restaurant by foot, but I want to stay again next time.

Very good hotel, the room is big and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are of five-star standard. It is a few minutes drive from Arches National Park and not far from Canyonlands National Park. It is not in the urban area of Moab but not far away, and the traffic is convenient on the side of the highway.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms here! Also, it was very nice having the outdoor pool/waterfall and hot tubs on property. We were able to tour the National Arches with a little toddler early in the morning … and when it got very hot, come back to the hotel and cool off at the beautiful pool. This hotel comes with a hot breakfast, hot coffee bar, afternoon cookies and free parking. They also have a laundry room reasonably priced … $3.50 per wash load, $3.50 dry load for 30 min. This hotel is also very very close to the National Arches and few minutes drive into town for restaurants and shops. We would stay here again, and recommend it to others!

Wonderful 4 night stay! Staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Delicious breakfast (different hot menu daily) and clean rooms. Love the pool after a long day of hiking. Not in the midst of crazy downtown Moab. Very close to Arches & Canyonlands entrances. Beautiful (INCREDIBLE) mountain views and well maintained outdoor space that overlooks the river. We did laundry and there are 10 machines so no waiting for us. Got quarters at the front desk. You can buy powdered soap and dryer sheets.

Stayed here 3 nights in a room with a king and bunk beds. It was overpriced for a mid week stay. Booked this so my kids would have their own space and my husband could get some work done. However the space is an open concept with no doors to the bed rooms/ living room. So while everyone had their own space the noise between rooms was loud and difficult for working quietly and also for sleeping in. The rooms need some updating and attention to detail with cleaning. Our room had little nats in the bathroom and stains on walls and carpets. Dirt/hair on floors missed when cleaned. Breakfast was average and what one would expect at a hotel breakfast. Positives - location to Arches and the pool area for kiddos.

We went as a couple, but this hotel would be ideal for families also. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was part of room price and very nice! Eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, and cold cereal were the main offerings. Pool was inviting and there were splash pads and a wading pool for the little ones. Good location, but a little hard to get out of at times due to traffic coming. Oh and there was a mini fridge and microwave in our room. We had booked a room with a sofa bed.

This place has gone downhill, dramatically! We spent almost $4,000 for 6 nights to sleep in a bug filled room…..SERIOUSLY? Usually I don’t do reviews but I was so disgusted even though I left the place 2 weeks ago, it is still fresh in my mind. This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at SpringHill Suites Marriott in Moab, UT. For reference, we stayed in a King and Bunkbed Suite both times. The 1st time (October 2021) was great. The place was very clean. I can’t say the same for the 2nd time (September 30 – October 6, 2023), total of 6 nights costing more than $600 per night. We did early check in 24 hours prior to arriving. We arrive at approximately 2 pm and were able to check in early. Perfect! As we open the door to our Room (#120), we noticed not everything was cleaned. The dining table was sticky, the steps up the bunk bed was gross, there was a pink ring around the tub drain, but we just dealt with it and tried to clean it ourselves, as best as possible. We were just excited to get the room early. But then things started to go downhill fast. My son washed his hands and the sink suddenly clogged up. Tiny black pieces of gunk, mold, whatever, started coming up. The water was filling the sink faster than it was leaving. If the hotel staff actually cleaned the sink they should have noticed the sink was not working properly. We went to the front desk to let them know. A gentleman came and was able to use a stick to push and pull all the disgusting gunk out. This was fine, we understand. Things happen, it’s a hotel, the issue was dealt with in a timely manner. Now comes the worst part. When I sat down on the sofa, I felt an ant on my arm. We started noticing ants on the sofa and carpet in the living room. As we followed the trail, they were literally everywhere. We even had to get sheets to cover the sofa. The purpose of getting the bigger suite was for more space, but we couldn’t even use it. They were crawling everywhere. They even climbed on the sheets. We asked the front desk if they had some kind of “raid” spray to spray small areas. But they wanted to come in and spray the whole room. We declined as we have 2 kids and did not want them to sniff all the chemicals. We ended up trying to clean all the ant on a daily basis and sprayed Lysol in the bathroom to kill the ants in there. Every single day we had to ask for new towels because the ants were crawling all over them. We also had spiders on the couch and near the windows in the living area. In the photos I posted, you can see the ants eating the bugs. I think one of them might have been a cockroach. Then there was another pile of ants eating away at some other bug. We had to set all of our suitcases high on the counters and the dining table in hopes the ants and bugs don’t get into them. These are only a small fraction of pictures we could have taken. As we were finding the bugs, we were just trying to wipe them up with wet wipes as fast as possible. For

This place is epic! The amenities are wonderful, rooms clean and had everything we needed, views gorgeous, location insanely close and convenient to all the amazing outdoor stuff (Arches Nat Park, , Colorado River etc), staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was above and beyond the normal hotel experience, the pools were beautiful and offered so much variety. We had nothing but great experiences in our multiple day stay here! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at; location to Arches national park is amazing. Only a 5 minute drive. View of the Colorado river, Arches National Park. Staff were amazing. Breakfast buffet until 9:30 am. Gas grills available on site. Pool was amazing. Will be back with the grand kids.

Great place to stay when visiting Arches! My sons loved coming back from a day of hiking and playing in the swimming pool with the waterfalls! Nice to soak in the hot tub as well! They have grills you can use to grill your own food as well! Literally a 2 minute drive to entrance to Arches!
