Vu les commentaires mitigés, on avait une appréhension à la base, mais rien de tout ça ! Chambre en ordre, petit déjeuner complet, buffet bien suivi et personnel au top, je recommande ! Des petites bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo et ce serait vraiment nickel ! On pense à vous pour une prochaine visite dans le coin !

Very friendly staff, nice, spacious rooms, clean, hotel well located, not expensive. Maybe there were worse times here, but at the moment I can't understand the negative reviews. We would book here again.

Warm welcome. The setting is quite warm. The room is spacious with a clear view. The bathroom could do with a bathtub and a small shelf. As for breakfast, it is very good since it includes sweet and savory foods.

The hotel staff is polite to talk. The breakfast is average with coffee below average. The pastries however are good. Toilet and bathroom are separate however there isn’t any washbasin in toilet to clean hands. The hotel looks a bit dated but the location is great and includes free parking. Honestly, they need a bit of touch up to modernise a bit of hotel interiors and rest is perfect.

Très déçu par ma première (et donc dernière) visite dans cet hôtel. L’offre choisie précisait une chambre avec grand lit double, cafetière, minibar, interface iPhone… à la place la chambre contenait simplement une bouilloire, aucun minibar, pas d’interface IPhone… et surtout deux lits simples à la place du lit double annoncé. Malgré ma réclamation à l’accueil, pas de réaction de l’établissement car toutes les suites seraient équipées de lits simples… bref, des annonces trompeuses pour les clients. L’hôtel, mal insonorisé et vieillot, est en fin de vie.

Après avoir lu tout les mauvais commentaires, j’avais peur de séjourner à l’hôtel… l’hôtel est vieillissant mais propre. Il manque dans les chambres une housse de déco et des coussins qui rendrais l’ambiance un peu plus fun ! Ce n’est pas trop au goût du jour . Le frigo devrait au moins contenir de l’eau , car nous sommes rentrés tard et le bar était fermé ! Le petit déjeuner est très basique… aucune spécialité alsacienne . Le minimum…. Des efforts sur la déco de Noël sont toutefois faites ! L’hôtel n’est plus un 4 étoiles 🌟 pour moi …. Et les serviettes de bains ont besoin d’être changées ! D’une extrême finesse… toutefois l’hôtel est très bien placé !
