The hotel is family run and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was a surprise ( was in my element) Bacon sausage egg and beans from the amazing Jeshna and Asha . 2 wonderful ladies and make a great omelette as well. Francesca and Shivangee at reception dealt with any questions with a lovely smile and some banter. Luvish our great barman who was always on hand to make the drinks .What a charming guy. Avisen Bar/Catering manager was always able to explain or give on advice about the foods . The foods are tasty and traditional with some other european dishes. If you do not see anything please ask any of the staff as they will try and sort out any thing for you. DO NOT sit and moaned to your fellow travelers as they cannot change anything ( like unfortunately some did) We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. I would say it was a very relaxing part of the island. For trips the Mercury rep will catch you but would recommend the walking with lions . But for local trips talk to Ben on the beach . He is a verified tourist rep.

Der Service und das Essen sind top. Die hotel Anlage ist sehr schön,doch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist der Strand nicht so groß. Doch es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das hotel bietet einen shuttle Service zur nahe gelegende Insel an wo es einen tollen Strand gibt.

Just arrived back from a 2 week holiday from Laguna Hotel and Spa, cannot complain about anything . This hotel is a hidden gem, the staff cannot do enough for you. Special thanks to Alex who is an incredible entertainer and Luvish who works the bar and was excellent. The manager was helpful and would go out of his way to keep people happy. The outside area is beautiful with amazing views. The food was lovely and the chefs catered for all and cooked the food fresh to your preference.

Mauritius ist eine wunderschöne Insel. Das Hotel hat sehr gute Vorzüge. Der Service vom Personal ist sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut ! Wir hatten All Inklusive. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssen unbedingt renoviert werden. Wir haben Port Luis, Markt in Flaque, Markt in Mahebourg besucht. Der Urlaub hat allen gefallen und war super!!!

Wow what a fabulous hotel rooms a bit dated but very clean staff absolutely brilliant can’t do enough for you food plentiful and delicious if you can’t find something you like they will cook what you want entertainment most nights good well let me tell you about Alex the entertainer absolutely brilliant he made our holiday he is a credit to the hotel thank you all for a fabulous holiday we were a party of nine and never stopped laughing all holiday

We have just had the most amazing two weeks at this hotel. We were a party of nine of various ages but this hotel made us feel so special. They are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Special mention about Alex the Entertainer who makes this hotel.

La nourriture était de qualité, SUPER petit déjeuner ! La chambre est très qualitative aussi et les lits sont très confortables, l’ambiance est bonne au niveau de l’animation, spécialement Alex. Les boissons sont elles aussi très bonnes. C’est familial, je recommande vivement.

Stayed at the Laguna beach for our honeymoon for two weeks this month. Each and every one of the staff go beyond and could not be more friendly or helpful. The food is fantastic prepared by the head chief Akshay everyday and the choice is varied and fresh. The private beach and hotel are immaculate. Again the staff are amazing especially the animation team and their head of entertainment, Alex who could not have made our trip any better. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly be returning ourselves 😃
