Hotel Novarello Resort & Spa

Très bien Très bon séjour. Dommage je n'ai pas profité des équipements de l'hôtel très fréquenté par les sportifs.

Un hotel in una zona molto isolata e tranquilla, immersa nella natura, perfetto per passeggiate e immergerti nel calcio o nello sport. Camere molto silenziose e moderne, non all’avanguardia ma quasi. Per quanto la struttura è presente un’immensa palestra, con tutti gli attrezzi necessari, due ristoranti, il quale uno di questi si affaccia su un laghetto incantevole. Nella struttura sono presenti anche degli animali che gironzolano per i giardini.

We only went to the SPA for two hours, but, even rereading other people's reviews, we believe that they have no idea how to manage a SPA. But do they know that in winter the water and the environment of the pools must be kept at adequate temperatures (i.e. warm in winter) and in summer, i.e. when we went, the water and the environment must be kept much cooler? The climate in there is unbearable in summer, the indoor pool (also appreciated for how it is made) is unapproachable in summer, due to the temperature, furthermore the emotional showers (?) have all the holes blocked by limescale and practically do not spray anything, the Kneipp path is ridiculous, four sprays blocked by limescale alternating hot/cold at the ankles (so not a torrent of water), there was no need to try the Turkish bath and the sauna because the sweat was pouring down copiously already at the edges of the pool. We, regulars at other SPAs attached to hotels, can say that today we were robbed of €70, which was paid in advance by obligation!! The two hours booked and paid for were reduced by us to just 20 minutes of pure suffering, obviously they don't give us the money back and so on, with other Novara shames!!! As far as I know, SPA means well-being of the body, more or less, but in this center it means suffering. Theft and also lack of security due to the total absence of emergency personnel. I recommend avoiding this shameful place.

La camera era fredda, i termosifoni erano spenti (li ho dovuti accendere io, a novembre almeno a 15° potevano lasciarli per i clienti...) e c'era una sola coperta leggera in stanza. Dormito malissimo. Materasso ok, bagno con tutto il necessario, tv in camera funzionante. Cena e colazione bene anche se ambienti molto spartani. Pareti però super sottili, sentivo ogni discorso di camere attigue e corridoio. Sono molto deluso, avevo aspettative alte ma non attrezzare una camera per il meteo di Novembre in val padana lo trovo molto grave.

The surreal experience, two days later I still have a hard time believing that a place like this can really exist. We book this promising 4-star "RESORT" on the occasion of a sporting event for a group of adults and children. The room assigned to us seems like a joke in bad taste - to say that it is DILACTIC is to say nothing - in the room we find 2 beds of different sizes that miraculously stand up, the window that does not close and the furniture half broken. The bathroom certainly flooded in the past and never repainted presents various shades of brown on the ceiling and walls, the cabinet half broken and the door frame swollen and cracked - all this accompanied by a general dirtiness and a nauseating smell. After other problems with the rooms assigned to the children we go to the reception and here finally comes the best - the staff led by the director and a "lady" (well...) blonde who unfortunately does not want to reveal her name as true professionals in the sector try to solve the problem by sending us away - and they do it for more than two hours using every means at their disposal, namely - arrogance, rudeness and lack of respect (including swear words). They decide to look for a solution that only when the tournament organization intervenes. What can I say... the management worthy of the structure. Recommended to those who at the price of a real 4 star want to experience the worst of Italian hospitality in this grotesque and embarrassing "resort".
