Nice new hotel. Room was smaller than expected though.

My wife and I stayed and were pleasantly surprised to notice that they now begin breakfast at 6am ! Thank you for making the change from 7am ! We hope to return in September and October this fall. The room was clean and the staff was fine. Did not have the complimentary water bottles ?

I’d like to start by saying my husband and I are avid travelers and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. We are currently staying in this hotel and I’m pretty repulsed by the cleanliness of our room. I’d honestly be surprised if the bathroom was cleaned at all as it’s covered in black hair ( neither of us have long black hair). If we didn’t arrive late with a toddler and were desperate to get her to bed, we would have found a new hotel immediately. We are booked for the weekend but will be leaving tomorrow as I do not want to be here any longer than necessary. Besides the cleanliness I would like to note for future travelers that the room is extremely small (we barely had room to set up a pack and play) and it is very loud in the hallways. You can hear every time someone closes their doors. Additionally when we arrived our mobile key would not work and we had to go back downstairs to get an actual key from the front desk. All minor compared to the cleanliness. Please see the attached photos for reference & pick a different hotel!

This was a very nice clean hotel. The staff was friendly. I loved that they had boards with recommendations of restaurants, attractions.and other things for you to do. The hotel is close to Hershey. We felt very safe in the location. Great location for families

Reserved two queen beds. Did digital check in as an honors member. Chose my room- with 2 Q beds. Halfway out there, got a notice from the app that I couldn’t digitally check in. Went in after our games, checked in. Went to the room and it’s now a different room on a different floor and a king bed. I’m traveling with someone I don’t mind sharing a room with, but don’t want to share a bed with. Chose this particular hotel even though it was more expensive because I could get 2 q beds. I call the front desk. Basically they shrug their shoulders and tell me that the manager changed it and that’s just how it is. I ask for her to call me. She never does. I’m charged the price for 2 Q beds which is MORE than a king. I reach back out electronically after my stay. She emails me and says “sorry for your inconvenience. Here’s some points”. That’s all you have for me? Oh- and my room wasn’t really “clean” because someone else’s food is in the dirty mini fridge…. And I’m not sure that they actually changed the sheets in that bed. Never. Never. Never Again will I stay there- or any other Hilton brand. Ick.

Very cute hotel. Stayed 4 days while we went to Hershey Park. Breakfast was included every day. The eggs and meat option changed everyday we were there. They have a pancake machine. Hard boiled eggs, cereal and bread choice’s. Pool was small and very warm. I wish the rooms were bigger. It was tight walking around the beds and the wall. Overall we would stay here again for the price.
