Good choice when staying over in Gravenhurst. Had to change our reservation as our cottage booking changed to 1 day earlier, and management was accommodating to our needs. Have stayed at this location in the past, and will be staying at this location again, next time that we are in town.

Breakfast offered is very disappointing. There aren't any Tylenol available. Other than that a very good stay though.

What a wonderful staff you have here. The moment I walked in I was greeted by one of the housekeeping staff ( wish I got her name) she was lovely and helped me find my way around. Mo at the front desk went out of his way to get us a early check in. Much appreciated. Nice clean quite room with comfortable beds. Good value.

This facility looks not so great from the outside but the rooms are nice. Smelled like pot smokers in the halls. Probably best suited for people working in the area needing a place to stay. I was there for work. I would take my family somewhere nicer.

After reading some of the bad reviews on Tripadvisor I was concerned about booking this hotel. Now that I have stayed here I'm wondering if we were at the same hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The furniture wasn't brand new, but it wasn't dated. The breakfast wasn't any different from many of the hotels I've stayed in. The room was quiet at night, so I was able to sleep. The wifi was great. I was in town for a conference. I talked to other people I met that were staying here and they all said that their room was good, they had no complaints. The gentleman that checked me out was very pleasant, and drew a map for me so I could get to my destination and avoid the road construction.

Check-in process was humiliating, guests with dietary restrictions should bring there own breakfast….or go to McDonald’s as we had to do. Check-out was accomplished while staff is hiding somewhere in the back

Not being familiar with Gravenhurst I relied on reviews for this property. My reaction upon arrival ; surely this can’t be the same place mention in the good reviews. This place is very dated, the carpets are stained and gross, microwave didn’t work. Glad I only stayed one night.
