This was the worst hotel I have stayed in ever! I have stayed in hundreds of Premier inn's over many years. No restaurant Beefeater was closed (I did have a meal deal!) which is still not refunded!!! the hotel is close to the town centre is the only positive

Usually very good but maintenance work being carried out and facilities were poor.receptionist was rude and incompetent and the room was very tired.Have stayed before a few times and been very good but not this time .

Stayed for two nights. Key factors in decision to stay here - availability of wet bathroom, location and price. Very satisfied on all counts. Pleasant and efficient staff too.

It was my 60th Birthday & I had a lot of family staying there as my Brother & his wife always stays there and had recommended the hotel Kate & Clo made me feel special as they decorated my room and put Prosecco and glasses in my room they are an asset

Great room as always and very clean. Liked the large fan and extra pillows provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. But the wet room and its bedroom smelt terribly of damp. Clear issue with damp behind the walls. Needs an independent damp survey and upgrading to a new one to get rid of the smell. But we do really appreciate you providing wet rooms. Vital for the disabled and older generation. Thank you.

Handy for work purposes, WiFi can be problematic, even the paid for service. Have also removed ability to get counted rates for more WiFi days. Network is congested. Otherwise the hotel does what it says on the tin. It’s clean, warm, comfortable and convenient for work trips. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Some of the rooms are more dates than others and the newer rooms are nicer, although the older rooms are a bit larger. Generally always good value and I’ve used the place a lot.

Jayne went above and beyond multiple times for myself and my friend Couldn’t thank her enough! She is brilliant and funny too! She found us a fan when the rooms were too room and her personality and character really came through She’s honestly brilliant
