Hotel location is not good
The location is relatively remote and difficult to find
There are less lights on the road
And the facilities are not very good or big.
But the front desk has a friendly attitude and the public areas of the hotel are large.

Das Hotel lässt für den verlangten Preis an Wünschen offen.
Das Zimmer war sehr minimal eingerichtet, keine Kühlschrank, Schränke beschädigt bzw. nicht funktionierend, Badezimmer war noch von Ausmalungen dreckig, Duschkabine total undicht und musste mit extra Badehandtücher abgedichtet werden, es gab keine Zimmerreinigung über den ganzen Aufenthalt (Mistkübelentleerung, Handtuchtausch, Betten gemacht).
Frühstück war in Ordnung und auch das Rezeptionsteam sehr freundlich.

Great breakfast, not ideally located
We stayed for 2 nights. We chose the hotel because it has a good review on breakfast, and it was not disappointing. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was very pleasant. The staff are great and welcoming, except an older gentleman in the reception. We booked place for 4 and only 3 prepared, but this was dealt rather swiftly - thanks to room service team. When we were there, there was an on-going building construction next to our building, within the hotel premises. We did not know about this, nor being informed about this. The workers started quite early, and definitely waking us up on daily basis. The hotel location is not great. Although it is theoretically only 11-15 minutes walk to the train station, this is definitely not a pleasant thing to do as the route is next to a very busy and polluted (ring-)road, especially in summer days. During our stay, to avoid this road, we deliberately to travel to the city centre first by bus and take a tram to the central station. It costed us a few minutes extra but it was much more pleasant experience. If you are not depending on public transport, perhaps this place can be a good one.

Hotel limpo e agradável
Quarto agradável e com ótimo chuveiro e cama. Ar condicionado excelente. Não tomamos café da manhã porque custa 14 euros por pessoa. Fica a cerca de 1 km da estação central de Graz. Silencioso.
