Wellness Spa only available until 6.30 PM and not before 10.30 AM on weekends, which ist very less usable for guests.
Breakfast 40€ for 2 persons we could not use because this is very much too expensive.
Overall very much price for very less service.

Sehr laut an der Straße. Sehr heiß unter dem Dach. Das Personal ist sehr höflich. Insgesamt jedoch deutlich zu teuer.

Tolle Unterkunft, die ich zum 2. Mal für eine Urlaubsreise in Kombination mit einer medizinischen Behandlung genutzt habe. Schöne Zimmer, Sauberkeit, gutes Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Außerdem gute Lage mit super Anbindung an die öff. Verkehrsmittel. Einziges Manko ist eine fehlende Klimaanlage - da ich eine echte Hitzeperiode erwischt hatte, war es trotz Ventilator teils recht unangenehm heiß im Zimmer.

allogiati un gruppo di 50 persone motociclisti italiani tuor Europeo, giorno 06/09/2024. servizio camera pessimo ventilatore aggiuntivo camera, cena buffé cotoletta immangiabile, colazione mattino vergognosa allestita in una sala x poi spostarsi in altra sala. abbiamo attraversato l'Europa 5 hotel 4 stelle questo non merita qualifica, (voto zero) Eine Gruppe von 50 italienischen Motorradfahrern tourte am 06.09.2024 durch Europa. Zimmerservice schlechter zusätzlicher Zimmerventilator, lustiges Abendessen ungenießbares Schnitzel, beschämendes Frühstück Morgen in einem Zimmer x dann in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln. Wir haben Europa durchquert 5 4-Sterne-Hotels, die keine Qualifikation verdienen (Null-Bewertung)

Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. The spa area was out of this world and would compete with any luxury resort. Tristan’s local knowledge and advice on where to eat and how to get around on the tram were so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
