Uns hat es gut gefallen, die Zimmer sind groß das Frühstück bietet alles.der Spa Bereich auf 2 Etagen habe wir gerne genutzt. Die Highlights sind natürlich die 2 Flugzeuge , waren in beiden, das Restaurant bietet gutes Essen in beeindruckender Atmosphäre

Waren zum ersten mal dort und wir waren voll begeistert, angefangen vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung war alles perfekt. Das Essen war von guter Qualität, der Wellnessbereich ist genial die Sauberkeit einfach alles. Die Zimmer Sauber und rein, einfach alles perfekt und die zwei Flugzeuge mit dem Restaurant und der Bar einfach genial. Was ich ebenfalls jedem empfehlen kann ist der Flugsimulator, kann ich echt nur jedem empfehlen. Meine Frau und ich sind öfters in Graz, meistens haben wir im Weitzer, Wiesler oder Schlossberghotel übernachtet aber das hat sich nun durch den Besuch bzw. Übernachtung im Novahotel erledigt. Bis bald.

Da der erste Aufenthalt im März 2022 perfekt war, waren wir dieses Mal ein Wochenende mit unseren Freunden! Check in alles okay. Bei unserem Zimmer Business + hat alles gepasst, bei Freunden First Class Zimmer leider nicht. Zimmer war sehr schön, aber eiskalt! Auch, wenn es nur relativ kurze Zeit dauert, bis es warm ist, ist es unangenehm im Winter ein kaltes Zimmer zu betreten. Am 2. Tag wurde auch dieses Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt! Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl! Es wird sehr rasch nachgefüllt und Tische rasch gereinigt und neu eingedeckt! Sehr freundliches Service! Das Fliegerrestaurant ist sowieso perfekt von Ambiente, Service und Geschmackserlebnis! Wellness Bereich okay! Waren leider enttäuscht, dass der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse Wintersperre hatte. Der Whirlpool innen war leider nur Freitag warm. Samstag und Sonntag leider kalt! Whirlpool im Kinderbereich warm, aber nicht wirklich Alternative. Parken im Parkhaus praktisch! Gerne wieder, aber bitte bei warmen Temperaturen in allen Zimmern und Whirlpool!

Average stay. Room was clean, and small kitchen nice to have. Pillows really flat and extra one's in room would be nice. Family pool in basement fun for kids. Would be nice if hottub was actually hot and not like a lukewarm bath. The games room, while sounds fun, is ridiculously expensive. Makes sense that it was dead when we were there. Really disappointing that the airplane restaurant was closed the two days we were there as thats why we booked this hotel. Parking is very expensive and should be included with the room rate as this is not a busy part of town. Not much to walk to other than the grocery store.

Ein tolles Hotel, mal etwas anderes, im positiven Sinne - die Flugzeuge auf dem Dach sind klasse, und selbst, wenn das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen haben, kann man sie besichtigen und sogar ins Cockpit.
Das Apartment war sauber und komfortabel, lediglich die zusätzliche Schlafcouch eignete sich aufgrund ihrer Größe eher für ein als zwei Kinder. Die Küchenzeile hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, z.B. mit Trockentüchern. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs sehr freundlich. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen, wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
