Perfect Beachfront Rental with Beautiful Views!

This property is such a gem. Not only is it beachfront on a beach that would make any U.S. beach envious, but it has the absolute best hosts! The family lives on the property and were exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. The beach is also very quiet. It often felt like we were the only ones on the beach! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway away!!

This was the perfect get away. Most of our time was spent outside under the shade trees watching the beautiful scenery around us. Easy private access to the beach. We lived our time here and look forward to returning. The host was in contact especially when the weather got stormy. They are very friendly and if we needed something, they got it done quickly.

Betty and Oswald’s place on the beach was wonderful! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for in Exuma. Betty and Oswald were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved being right on the beach and enjoying the amazing views each day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Exuma!

My wife and I loved our stay here. We walked right out the door to the beach. The beach was about a mile long and beautiful. We started our mornings drinking coffee and watching turtles. We loved the location. It was away from the hustle of Georgetown. There were two great beaches with sandbars close, Exuma Point and Coco Plum. Two of the best restaurants on the island were 5-10 minutes away, Coco Plum Bistro and Salt Restobar. The Nixon’s were great hosts. We highly recommend this spot.

If you're looking for a gorgeous secluded beach, this is the place to stay. Accomodations are small but bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living area are very small and rustic. Having a car is a plus but if you book tours, they will pick you up and drop off. The owner was easy to communicate with. She answered right away.

The property was comfortable. Couldnt ask for easier check in and out. There was only 1 kayak which was disappointing but overall...it was an excellent stay.

Beachfront paradise Betty and Oswald are amazing hosts! This was our second time staying here, we are always going to book this place for our stays. They are the sweetest family, made us feel like we were staying with our own family. They treated us to homemade dinner one evening out on the back porch, it was so good and a great experience getting to talk with them. If you are looking for a wonderful beach and a cozy room right on it, look no further :)
