Great value hotel with friendly people comfortable room and lovely breakfast cannot praise the place enough. My wife and I went for a short break away from work and to celebrate quietly our 43rd wedding anniversary, we’ve been coming to Great Yarmouth for many a year and this is our favourite place to stay.

Have to say the arona is as good as it gets, absolutely spotlessly clean, both the rooms and communal areas, Martin and his wife couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and served so well. Nothing appears to be a problem, always very helpful. Perfectly placed with seafront a few yards away and main Regent Rd area 10 minutes walk. Car parking plentiful and also the lift is so useful. All in all you will not find a better place to stay.

My friends and I visited this lovely guest house last week , wow what a find , we could not fault it , the room was lovely and so clean , the breakfast in the morning was fantastic, plenty of choice, there was a lovely lounge with a bar , also there was a television lounge too , what a lovely couple Martin and Mandy were , , there was nothing that was to much trouble for them , we would definitely recommend this lovely find in Yarmouth, and it was close to everything, we will definitely go here again ,

A great few days at the Arona guest. The hotel is extremely clean throughout & our room was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious with a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt as well as the cooked options. Martin & Mandy (the proprietors) were lovely and nothing seemed too much trouble. There is a small bar with seating which they were willing to open at the drop of a hat. The hotel is really a great advert for all the hard work they put in every day maintaining the high standards they have set. Thanks for a great stay and we won’t hesitate to book when we’re back in the area!

Martin and Mandy cannot do enough to make you feel at home and welcome throughout your stay. They go above and beyond at every opportunity and provide EXCELLENT customer service. Really had a fantastic stay and look forward to visiting again.

A lovely few days at Arona Guest Hotel . Excellent Breakfast ,Rooms spotless , Very Modern hotel ,Perfect location with an added bonus of Car parking on the premises. Having stayed at this hotel 3 years prior, we did not consider looking anywhere else and we were right as it was just as friendly (different owners to last time) and the standards were just as high. From the moment you arrive until you leave, Mandy and Martin take good care of you. Breakfast was cooked to order so piping hot and really tasty. The rooms are spotlessly clean as are the communal areas. Ample parking too which is a bonus. Nice walk along the beachfront to pier which is no more than slow 10 min walk so location is perfect as slightly quieter. We would not consider staying anywhere else as this hotel ticks all the boxes. Many thanks to Mandy and Martin :)
