Not the best
I didn’t receive an email with details on how to access the hotel until I arrived and had to call them. No one was in reception to help. Once in, I had to go and find an off licence to purchase a parking permit however they said they didn’t have any and that they rarely did! I’d need to find somewhere else to park! Ended up having to leave my car somewhere on a back street.
The flow of the hot water tap in the bath was ridiculously slow and must have take 45 minutes to fill. The kettle had a terrible odour and there were no towels or milk with the tea making facilities.
Hotel worker did bring towels, milk and a new kettle after I text but was still very frustrating!
Room was ok and bed comfy.
