Never been this side of uk What an a fantastic place for all ages, people are friendly. Twin palms 🌴 Guest house clean welcoming rooms had everything you needed quite calm Anita and her mum was lovely. Keep do what you're doing fantastic. We will be back.

So clean welcoming g by owner explaining where and how things work rooms are so clean and coffee and tea facilities smells amazing clean and refreshing would recommend to and other guests to go and visit towels smell so beautiful and are so soft

What a pleasure our stay was we stayed for three nights and was looked after from the start to the end we had a double room as we had four of us as it was a family room we was lucky enough to have a door in between the adults bedroom and the children’s rooms they had there own television dvds and books as so did we! It was spotless relaxing and so peaceful of a evening we shall be coming again to see Anita and co 😊 don’t miss out get booking it’s a beautiful seaside town with lots to do!

Wonderful place to stay. Warm friendly greeting from Anita. The house is clean, bright. Beds are so comfy. Supplies replenished daily for tea/coffee/milk, clean cups. Fabulous location, I highly recommend. 5 mins from beach but away from noise so quiet at night. Permit provided for free parking, its just a wonderful place to stay. Felt like home. Safety catch on window, so safe environment for children. Bed guards available, TV/dvd player and selection of dvds and books if needed. Photo is a view from our window

A lovely weekend spent at the Twin Palms... We stayed in room 8 and it was clean and very cosy. It was home from home. The owner Anita made our stay pleasurable. The location to the beach and the main ***** was less than 5 minutes walk. We had a fantastic time. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Anita for making us feel so welcome. Until the next time. Booked for two nights for a short break,I found this b&b while browsing. Rang and spoke to Anita who I found very pleasant. On arriving we were met and greeted by the lady herself and was very helpful. The b&b is spotless and gives all you require,bed very comfortable good size and very practical en suite plenty of hot water electric shower which delivers what an electric shower does . Street parking and location very central . Excellent value for money Mick and Lindsay

Warm welcome by the lovely Anita who showed us to our spacious room with well kitted out en-suite! Guesthouse was spotless and located just few minutes from beach one way and Regent Street few minutes other way so couldn’t be better! Even free parking which is a bonus these days. 100% will return to this lovely Guesthouse!

I have been to Yarmouth a few times now, but it is my first time staying at the Twin Palms. The host, Anita, is a lovely and welcoming lady and runs a nice, clean and cosy B&B. The family room was on the small side for a family room with a double bed and a single bed, but was quite cosy. We were fortunate to get a parking space within a matter of yards of the Twin Palms, and Anita was more than happy to help out with a parking permit for the whole of our stay, which was very handy as we ended up not using the car for the whole time we were there, which was a few days. The B&B is in a great location, located at the more quieter end of Great Yarmouth, which helps as it enables us to get some kip. Would i consider staying at the Twin Palms again???.........sure i would, without a doubt.

The stay was so lovely being so close the seafront was a bonus. My room was comfortable with good lighting and totally clean. Anita’s welcome and helpfulness was appreciated- having just opened the business only two weeks when we arrived. That’s quite an accomplishment. Can’t wait into our next visit. Thanks
