I randomly visited this property on 22nd June for Lunch with my Wife and a friend as I was exploring it for an upcoming function planned. Good hospitality one as per my personal experience. I am giving one extra rating because the property is well managed even being in the industrial area. I noticed corporate conference running that day, appeared to be well managed. Food, and other services are good. Staff is polite and humble. In-fact I got a 1+1 offer on the buffet in-spite being a weekend. Now I look forward to pursuing this property as one of the short listed one to host my personal event here .

The Hotel is nice, but the service and the food in the hotel is worse than a Dhaba. The hotel cannot seem to take an order. They were always making mistakes with the order. On one occasion it took the chef 2 hours and four calls to realise that a certain item was not available. To add to this, the in room dining manager was full of excuses. Very disappointed with this hotel, certainly does not warrant the Crowne Plaza name.

The management of this hotel, specially their Operations Manager and Front Office Manager are shrewd and cunning. This was by far the worst hotel stay of our lifetime. We have no hesitation in recommending that this hotel be avoided, if possible. Regret having chosen this as the destination for our vacation that took so much effort to plan but was completely spoilt by the hotel management.

This is my fifth long stay in Crowne Plaza Greater Noida , excellent management under the directions and the stewardship of Mr Sharad Upadhya , all the staff notwithstanding isolated cases , have been very helpful and warm during the stay , a special mention of Sandeep from the bell desk and from Reception we have Neha , Harshveer , Prakhar , Neha and Pratima always there for any assistance that is needed. from the restaurant the service we have Simran , Daisy , Aida & Monu . the kichen Chef ANIL BHUPENDRA BIRENDER go extra mile to take care of the special dietary restrictions, over all the Property is nice . There are isolated cases of individuals not in line with the rest of the brand culture but I suppose they will adapt soon .

Every staff are very nice and food quality is very good The staff at corner are all very nice including Miss prabjot and Mr Arvind. Recommend to book this hotel again The room is very tidy and clean. The breakfast choice is good. And the coffee is nice.

The entire experience of staying at Hotel Crowne Plaza Greater Noida was excellent and the entire staff was very courteous and a special mention for Tattva Wellness Spa and the staff comprising of Mr Paras and Ms Shaimishtha, who were extremely prompt and efficient and the therapist Khumplia was very good in her massage.

Great hotel. Lovely staff and the spa was wonderful! Had a great time. The rooms were clean and rge restaurant selection was impeccable. The breakfast buffet selection was great, especially their Korean and dosa counter. The spa experience was very relaxing.

Amazing hotel with a wide selection of amenities and very helpful and friendly staff. During our stay my wife and I went to the spa at the hotel and got massages - really well performed massages. The front desk staff at the spa were excellent and made us feel very welcome and organized everything stress free for us.

During my second visit in India I had a Very nice experience in SPA , relaxing massage , everything was perfect also the atmosphere and music, I really recommend that SPA and I will try another kind of massage next time that I will come back to the Crown Plaza

I went to hotel for spa and I found vritti by tattva overtheir. As I opted for Deep Tissue Massage for 90 Minutes to rejuvenate ,stressed out myself and it goes very well. Ambience is good, staff is very professional and polite. Keep up the good work Tattva Spa and Team . Highly recommended.....must visit once
