Hotel people in the reception need more training on how to deal with customers, specially foreign cusyomers. No tooth btush, tooth paste, comb, slippers provided which is very basic things provided by other hotels at this price.

Feedback:
while my booking included a “room with breakfast, ” the hotel denied providing breakfast despite payment. Additionally, the room quality was disappointing; the noise from outside was constant due to vehicles, making it difficult to rest. This did not meet my expectations.

property was nice. but amenities were little short. had to ask for intercom as there was not one installed in the room, by visiting the reception physically. also small things which matter and is expected out of such posh properties, like enough linens, bathroom slippers and robes, iron board etc, they were provided on being asked, whereas they should be there in the rooms already. other than that overall no major complains. 👍
