We loved our stay at Trogon House and Forest Spa, a beautiful retreat deep in the forest. The architecture is stunning, like a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece, all glass and stone and hand-hewn wood beams with gorgeous furnishings all built into the treetops and connected by elevated wooden walkways. One of the advantages of visiting in the shoulder season is that we were the only guests and had the chef and butler to ourselves for dinner by the fire (food was excellent, personalized service even better). On site massage was a nice treat as well. Highly recommend staying here!

It was an unexpected pleasure. The forest, the beauty, the great service from Wonderful, Bruce, Harry,
Brenda, and a pleasure to meet and chat with Carol. This is a unique place and one that we enjoyed immensely.

Very special hotel with only 5 rooms in the middle of the forest. A bit bumpy to get there but doable. Very warm welcome, very friendly staff, delicious food, very unusual atmosphere, we really liked it.

Unfortunately there were a lot of insects (dead and alive) in the room, which is due to the location in the forest. It was also very loud in the morning due to the wild animals and the adjacent monkey park.

Truly amazing location. One of a kind. Staff were incredible. Not like any place we have ever stayed. Only issue was shower leaked into room a little bit otherwise incredible. Wish we could stay longer. I loved how away from the world you feel but still with all the modern amenities.

wow wow wow breathtaking i don't even have the words to describe how beautiful trogon house is, from the staff to the food just wow! Thank you so much to the staff for such a heart warming welcome and also to the amazing chef for our amazing dinner and breakfast, to you for putting up with all my questions. Thank you for making our 16th anniversary memorable, we had the most magical time, Once again thank you thank you so much.. Beautiful hotel surrounded by trees. Spacious room with all comforts. Excellent dinner and equally good breakfast. Swimming pool available. Impeccable service: in fact we had booked massages and 2 hours in the spa with the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi had a problem and all the staff did their utmost to make sure it worked and in the end we spent two unforgettable hours by candlelight and with the fireplace lit in the spa after dinner! Pay attention to the parking lot and the road to get there. Great for relaxing a night and a day!

Trogon House is quite simply a magical place to stay. A stunning boutique accommodation perched up in the trees with incredible views, luxurious rooms and wonderful food. The excellent Elephant Sanctuary and Monkeyland next door were brilliant 'Things to do'. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Very different to other places we have stayed. Really enjoyed it. We were exhausted after long journey but within half an hour felt relaxed and chilled. Staff were lovely . Ate in for the three nights we were there and were impressed by the lovely food, two nights were by a roaring fire and one outside. A really good start to our holiday and would certainly recommend.
