Reasonable rates, room was clean and comfortable. Wifi struggled to stay connected but it wasn’t a huge deal. Breakfast had the usual options of cereal, toast, etc. One thing I really appreciated was the soft tissues. In so many hotels I’ve had to blow my nose with what feels like sandpaper. Another surprise was the several pieces of gym equipment available.

The bathroom stinks as the ventilation system was not vented properly due to the modification from a Public storage building. AC and windows spaces are cut from existing wall. They DON"T enforce the Covid 19 guidelines to check sitting guests in the B/F area being vaccinated or not. Parking lot is not paved. and entrances are not monitored.

The location is just outside Sudbury. Exterior is deceiving as the interior is spotless and welcoming. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Reasonable rate that included a Continental breakfast with good coffee. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

We stayed here while on a a snowmobile trip. The owners are friendly and place is very clean. Rooms are well equipped with good heating and plenty of cable options. Beds were comfortable and it has a continental breakfast plus a fitness area. Plenty of parking with a Tim Hortons right beside and a gas station just down the street. D trail goes right by. Would definitely stay here again .

Don’t let the building appearance fool you . Inside is clean and managed well . The room was clean and roomy for a small family . Beds were comfy and despite being near train tracks it was so peacefully quiet . The only issues I seen were breakfast area is bit run down but awesome breakfast and heater in room is old and makes some noise when it first starts up . The staff were very friendly they got a lot of potential with this place I hope they can have outside match the inside cleanliness and friendliness .
