Hyatt Regency Green Bay

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Hotel is situated within walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars.

We had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredible & the kids loved the pool area. Rooms were clean & spacious. Overall a fantastic stay.

This was the old Embassy Suites years ago, they have done nothing since. I’d get a bulldozer and start over

I arrived for a 3 night stay for a business conference. The condition of the room was terrible. There were cobwebs (not spiderwebs) on the ceiling. Someone had peed all over the bathroom wall, and the smoke alarm kept going off, such that my neighbors complained. The smoke alarm is located outside the bathroom. With no ventilation, the smoke alarm goes off if you run the shower at all. These issues could be fixed if staff were receptive, but they weren't. This may be due to the fact the room in my room didn't work, so I had to repeatedly walk to the front desk. When they sent maintenance, his response to the smoke alarm was, "Don't shower." Cleaning showed up the following day and wiped the floor with bleach but never cleaned the wall. The phone guy arrived and said they couldn't fix it. The front desk faked sympathy and fixed none of the issues. At that point, it was just easier to leave early. Overall, very disappointing experience, particularly as a Hyatt Member.

My husband I stayed for one night. Both of us have stayed before and this is our “go to” hotel every time! Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved how bed and pillows were very extremely comfortable. We shared a mixed basket at Pub 333 would definitely recommend it! Our bartender was pretty cool as well and did a great job by himself covering approximately 15 tables.

Overall everything was very good. I would recommend this facility when traveling. However, housekeeping needs to dust behind the nightstand and the beds.

Everything was wonderful.

Hotel is dated and needs a refresh. The phone/refrigerator/iron didn’t work. When a staff member delivered the replacement iron she said, “hopefully this one works”. I’m not sure why that wouldn’t be determined prior to delivery. Nothing was particularly bad about our stay. Average hotel in a run-down area of Green Bay.
