Princess Senses the Mangrove Resort - Adults Only

Great place and very accommodating! The attention to detail was way above my expectations l...hands down I will be returning!

Our recent stay here was nothing short of amazing!! The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the phenomenal service we received from Anna Kay. The rooms were clean, the customer service was top tier and the food was excellent! I will certainly be returning in the near future. Thanks again Princess for an unforgettable experience and my deepest gratitude to the staff.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere at Princess Senses The Mangrove was absolutely beautiful peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming. But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service I received from Anna Kay Denise at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and pleasant attitude made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in her job. It’s rare to come across someone who combines genuine kindness with excellent customer service, and Anna Kay did exactly that. Because of her, my stay started on a wonderful note and I’ll definitely be returning!

From the moment we arrived, everything at Princess Senses exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our butlers, Dijon and Michael, were absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Even when the storm hit, the level of care and hospitality from everyone on the property never wavered. We stayed in the Platinum Club Suite, and it was nothing short of incredible. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the refrigerator was always well-stocked. We especially loved our swim-up room—it made us feel like royalty! The entire resort smelled wonderful, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. The food selections were fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. The bars and drinks were equally impressive. Even after the storm, the resort made every effort to bring things back to normal. They hosted a foam party, reopened parts of the beach, and constantly checked in to make sure guests were doing okay. One thing that really stood out was the friendliness of the staff—there was never a moment where someone walked past without speaking or smiling. Transportation around the resort was also a breeze; the carts made it so easy to get to the restaurants, many of which are located in the center or on the Princess Grand side, and even that ride felt like part of the fun! I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about this resort. Everything—from the service to the food, the atmosphere, and the people—was simply amazing. Princess Senses made us feel truly special, and we can’t wait to return!

Ashley ent supervisor, Berry and miles I met them at the club and they were the absolutely the best. Entertaining, talented, sweet and they stayed with me even after their shift. DEDICATED!!! they are ones to never lose expecailly Ashley she is one of a kind. THE BEST!!! They made my experience so lovely. And I thank them so much. Big up DJ flamez baddest DJ!! I've been meaning to write this review for a while but was hesitating since doing so would make the fact that I am no longer there a reality. This resort is truly one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. We booked our stay in May, a couple months after it had been opened. I chose a Platinum Swim out suite. I had stumbled upon this resort while researching AIs. I was a little hesitant since there weren't many reviews and the fact that October is the tail end of hurricane season. Needless to say, we lucked out that we went when we did. We learned that the resort does offer a shuttle to and from Montego Bay airport, but we instead went with a private transport company instead (Kingsley Taxi). Upon arrival, we immediately were greeted with a drink, some sort of spritzer, whatever it was it hit the spot. Since we were staying in a platinum level suite, we and our luggage were loaded on to one of their many carts that are/can be used to transport guests around the facility. The carts travel on the backside of the resort, so you don't ever see them unless you head out of the resort on that side. Along the way to the platinum lobby on the north end of the resort, we were given a "tour" of the facility. Immediately, you notice how meticulously the resort and landscaping is maintained. We learned this is a common theme throughout the resort. At the platinum lobby, we checked in for our room. Because of the timing of our arrival, we were encouraged to take a seat in the attached Platinum Club restaurant which was our first taste of this place's great culinary options. The Platinum club restaurant has a small buffet of hot and cold options. In addition, they have a menu from which you can order "al a cart." I had to get the saltfish and ackee (which our private transport driver stated was her favorite food) right away. It was delicious! The hot items were warm (despite what other reviews stated...do people just need to burn their roof of their tongue to eat food or something I don't get it). After eating, we were greeted by one of our two butlers, Keen. Keen was great, professional, respectful and even laughed at my many bad jokes. He showed us around our (stunningly beautiful) suite and explained to us how everything works. He taught us how to fill our private balcony hot tub, how to use the "main" light switch which controls the ability to turn on/off all of the lights in the suite, how to work the thermostat (the lowest setting is 22C (71.6F) and informed us that we should set the fan to be continuous, rather than auto. If that's not cold enough for you, maybe bring a small personal fan. We found it to be the perfect temp. He explained how the safe works and helped us join him, and our other butler Andre, on whats app. We also only had to ask a couple time for Keen to get us more red stripes before he learned that we really love beer.
